I went back to check the difficulty you chose, yeah, you don't need a cleric. See you next episode.

Interesting. It's going to be a long playthrough, but it's interesting to see where this goes. Since you don't have a wizard, maybe make shart one. Depending on what difficulty you are playing on, a cleric isn't always needed, and she is rubbish at it anyway. My hope is the AI doesn't stake Astarion when he wants that nibble.

...or what will it do with the Karlach/Wyll interactions?

this is a really cool and interesting project you're doing! Just a few questions, why did u limit the AI with rules, wouldn't it be a lot funnier / more informative to let it decide. I mean after all it's going to be a major part of our future and getting a sneak peek of what happens if you let AI do what it wants todo, especially in a very well developed environment like Baldurs gate 3, could be very insightful of the dangers and benefits of it.
Btw may i ask what your tech stack is you use?

It's a great question! BG3 is not integrated with the AI in any way. I'm basically just describing what's happening in the game, showing it screenshots of dialogue, and selecting what it tells me to select.
At first, I had no rules for the AI and it was a total mess. I spent so much time understanding its suggestions and making sure they actually worked in the game. It really slowed things down. So, I started adding rules, one by one, until I got to the 13 I have now. These rules aren't really about limiting the AI's choices in the game, they're more about helping us communicate more effectively to keep things moving.
So, tech stack? I chose Gemini over ChatGPT because it has a better memory (more tokens). Baldur's Gate 3 is a huge game with a lot of information to remember, and Gemini can handle that better. ChatGPT likely would have needed less rules though. It seems to "understand things" better.
