A small percentage of people in any profession are jerks, but cops are under constant video scrutiny. MANY TIMES the "cellphone video" you see has been carefully cut down so you only see the officer's reaction and not what the criminal was doing prior. That is why bodycams have ENORMOUS support from cops. Two of the guys I knew bought their own cameras back in the 80's when they were super-expensive...just to protect themselves from the BS claims of abuse made by career criminals...

I was a Texas Sheriff's Deputy (as well as other things in my LEO career) and I just wanted to say thank-you for all you do. I remember my wife was watching "Fridays with Frank" and I had never seen it. She said come watch this guy he's hilarious & awesome. I sat down and watched and looked at her and said this guy is me, she said, "what?" I said this is exactly how I did my job (traffic was always my thing too. I enjoyed the interaction with people, helping them etc.) So thank-you for putting the "happy, Jovial, but firm and fair" type of policing out there for everyone to see. I am German and I watched all episodes from Germany! This is great and has drastically improved my opinion of US cops. Great sense of humor, a great deal of patience, strict whenever needed. Love it and will continue watching.

Sloup completed most of the report the next morning (Sunday, April 9th) and then worked an off-duty job at Chase Field. On Monday, April 10th, Sloup obtained the arrested person's driving record from Colorado and submitted the final report to another supervisor for review. The date of the report submittal automatically printed "April 10, 2017" and the reviewing supervisor dated his review "April 10, 2017" as well. Frank used White-Out to correct the date of the submittal and the date of the supervisor's signature to April 9th to represent the correct date of the arrest report. Two months later, a clerk noticed the corrections and notified a supervisor. Frank was called before the supervisor and explained that he changed the dates to make the report accurate, including the date of the supervisor's signoff. He was then told he may face possible disciplinary action for altering an official document, even to correct it. Two months later, Frank resigned. Whenever a law enforcement officer leaves a department in Arizona for any reason, including resigning, being fired, retiring, or for medical reasons, the department is required to submit the change to AZPOST and include any charges of disciplinary action. At that time, Frank's name and case numbers for the two corrections were entered into the Brady List by a prosecutor. MCSO administration later decided to take no action against Frank. Im still amazed that Sheriff Lamb is still such a bright and cheerful and joyous soul after the loss of his child. Nothing but the highest respect for the man, especially with how he has moved forward after that loss...I dont know how anyone does it at all, much less someone in such a stressful position as the elected sheriff of a border county.
Eh, that kind of rhetoric has been said by every generation prior. "Grr kids these days" when in fact the kids of their own generation weren't any better. Hell, in my job I run accross far more entitled and rude Gen X to Silent Gen than I do younger people.
I think what made that kid stand out is that a lot of his generation is actually quiet and respectful. he was the abberation. Don't ask me how many rude and entitled boomers I've come across. Nothing says entitlement and arrogance to me more than a middle aged white male in a lifted truck.

I am sure because I live in Ca I have had so many preventative traumas that may have ended differently than they did if we had more like you and your county and your dedication to your community. I was in the fire service my entire career and had a chance to work with a lot of police officers. Frank is the kind of officer I would have wanted to have my back. My dad is a 'scofflaw', and he can't believe I work for law enforcement. I turned him on to your channel so he can see there ARE some cool cops. Most of the videos he watches show the bad choices some cops make. I will never stop telling him that not ALL cops are bad. Thankful for this channel!

The VAST majority of cops are cool and decent. Unfortunately, that doesn't make youtube content, news article clicks or generate revenue for sleezy advertisers in the same way 'controversial' interactions do. It's a bit like product reviews for anything - people are way more willing to go out their way to leave a bad review than a good one unfortunately.

You asked in your 100th episode what our favorite episode is. My favorite is when you stop a real criminal and you have him open the door. You are talking to him casually and ask him to lean forward. Before he knows what happened, you have him hand cuffed in about seven seconds still in the driver seat. I've seen you do that about three times. Brilliant!

I had the honor of serving a sheriff who could be Sheriff Lamb's twin except he ahbored the spotlight. He could charm the pants off the public or person to person but choose to give us a stable, supportive organization that simply cannot be undervalued.
I want to know when they are going to put a stop to THIS? And yes, Sheriff Lamb has been sent info about it. I have been a targeted individual the last 30 years, and every American needs to HEAR MY STORY, because what the monsters did to ME, they are now doing to YOU ALL. When the criminal harassment by agents started in 87-88, they had a legit right to watch me. At the time, I was young and wild and dating a drug dealer. I stopped dating him and stopped all drug use in 88, but the harassment never stopped. They have tapped every phone, hacked every computer and criminally and repeatedly entered every home i have lived in during these years since. I now don't leave my home unless I hire a house sitter because the filthy agents refuse to STAY OUT OF MY HOME. I couldn't understand for years, WHY they were targeting me. I'm married, don't do anything illegal and am a Christian since 94. It wasn't until 2018 that I knew WHY. I was sick with a skin disorder that I am now convinced was another bioweapon being tested on us. I was examining my skin with a magnifier when i found strange, matching sets of holes in my inner wrists and knees. They looked like tiny tunnels, but couldn't be seen with the naked eye. I had no idea how they got in my skin, and I hadn't seen any doctors or taken any shots in years. So I got out a sterile needle and opened up those holes and took samples from them and viewed it under my microscope. (A hobby I have had many years.) I was speechless at what I found. I t was a clear, COMPUTERIZED GEL, and it was laid out in a ladder shaped grid system, that had tiny rice shaped batteries around it's outer perimeter. It had pine tree shaped antennas that had perfectly symmetrical branches with metallic looking little balls on the tip of every branch. It was slowly collapsing it's structure as it cooled to room temperature. I had never seen anything like it in my life. Finding this tech in my body explained many things I had wondered about the last twenty years. It explained why I heard a man's voice in my head sometimes. It explained why he pretended to be GOD that the things he said weren't always Godly. It explained why things got moved or hidden from me during my sleep, and why I was WATCHED CONSTANTLY through my OWN EYES. The FILTHY, DISGUSTING, LOWLIFE MONSTERS HAD HACKED MY BRAIN, and it was WORSE THAN RAPE! I told my local chief of police, when I reported finding it, that at least a woman can HEAL after being raped. There is no 'healing' from this, according to what Elon Musk says in his videos. He sells this stuff, though I cannot imagine why ANYONE in their right mind would EVER want it!! I found a picture of it right on DARPA'S website, under Obama Brain Initiative. I KNEW what would be in the vax when they said one was coming, and unfortunately, I was right. Dr Carrie Madej, and Dr Ricardo Delgado were some of the first to identify it in the shots. It's also in the masks/tests, and swabs, and NOW they are putting it in our FOOD/BEV AND MILK!!! I am here to tell you that this absolutely EVIL tech from HELL is FAR MORE than 'gene therapy'!!! It lets the filthy monsters see and hear every thought we have! It lets them talk to us mentally. It lets them even TAKE OVER OUR BODY during certain stages of sleep, and use OUR BODY to do whatever they WANT TO, and we have little or no memory of it, much less any CONTROL OVER IT! PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE SICK FREAKS ARE DOING TO US, and they MUST be stopped! I wouldn't do this to an ANIMAL, because even animals have a RIGHT to have PRIVATE THOUGHTS between them and GOD. They are also now putting this tech in all animal shots as well, HACKING ALL LIVING THINGS, so they can be REMOTE CONTROLLED by the sick freaks WHO THINK THEY ARE GOD! THIS TECHNOLOGY IS STRAIGHT OUT OF HELL ITSELF and the monsters MUST be held accountable for what they have done and are continuing to do! NOBODY HAD A RIGHT TO DO THIS TO ME OR ANYONE ELSE! NOBODY! These monsters love to torture and kill helpless, innocent little animals and the freaks tortured and killed FOUR of my greatly loved little dogs. The last one, my favorite, was tortured EVERY MONTH for over NINE YEARS, before we busted the agents using our CELL PHONE to put out the frequencies that were CAUSING those seizures. We busted them RED HANDED, and there is no denying what they are doing. They were using FREQUENCIES to tweak the brain, CAUSING the seizures, and other death causing things. I call it RIFE IN REVERSE, because it is. I also call it the UNHOLY GHOST, because Satan mimics everything God does, in reverse. They finally killed him Thanksgiving Day of 22, after making him go BLIND, causing organ failure, and shocking him every couple hours the last two days, till he couldn't hold out any more, and died in my arms. People, please don't sleep by anything digital, and keep your animals away from them as well! We also busted them hacking our washer/dryer outlet, and gas stove, so keep your appliances UNPLUGGED when not using them! If you hear any device making a strange or unusual sound, BLOCK IT by coughing, whistling, clapping, etc. and shut the device off FAST AS POSSIBLE. You should also keep a hammer or glass breaker in your front seat while driving, as some have reported their loved ones were locked in their vehicles before being incinerated, as in Lahaina attacks. Also keep your kids CLOSE at all times, and do NOT trust ANY govt agents as they cannot be trusted now.

A small percentage of people in any profession are jerks, but cops are under constant video scrutiny. MANY TIMES the "cellphone video" you see has been carefully cut down so you only see the officer's reaction and not what the criminal was doing prior. That is why bodycams have ENORMOUS support from cops. Two of the guys I knew bought their own cameras back in the 80's when they were super-expensive...just to protect themselves from the BS claims of abuse made by career criminals...

I was a Texas Sheriff's Deputy (as well as other things in my LEO career) and I just wanted to say thank-you for all you do. I remember my wife was watching "Fridays with Frank" and I had never seen it. She said come watch this guy he's hilarious & awesome. I sat down and watched and looked at her and said this guy is me, she said, "what?" I said this is exactly how I did my job (traffic was always my thing too. I enjoyed the interaction with people, helping them etc.) So thank-you for putting the "happy, Jovial, but firm and fair" type of policing out there for everyone to see. Congrats on the 100th episode, here's to 900 more. 🚔

@@whatacase On Saturday, April 8, 2017 approximately 11:40 p.m., Sergeant Frank Sloup arrested a subject for Aggravated DUI and booked him into jail. Sloup completed most of the report the next morning (Sunday, April 9th) and then worked an off-duty job at Chase Field. On Monday, April 10th, Sloup obtained the arrested person's driving record from Colorado and submitted the final report to another supervisor for review. The date of the report submittal automatically printed "April 10, 2017" and the reviewing supervisor dated his review "April 10, 2017" as well. Frank used White-Out to correct the date of the submittal and the date of the supervisor's signature to April 9th to represent the correct date of the arrest report. Two months later, a clerk noticed the corrections and notified a supervisor. Frank was called before the supervisor and explained that he changed the dates to make the report accurate, including the date of the supervisor's signoff. He was then told he may face possible disciplinary action for altering an official document, even to correct it. Two months later, Frank resigned. Whenever a law enforcement officer leaves a department in Arizona for any reason, including resigning, being fired, retiring, or for medical reasons, the department is required to submit the change to AZPOST and include any charges of disciplinary action. At that time, Frank's name and case numbers for the two corrections were entered into the Brady List by a prosecutor. MCSO administration later decided to take no action against Frank. On December 20, 2017, case #17-148 - Frank J. Sloup - Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. The Board considered comments from Compliance Specialist Mike Deltenre. Chief Gwaltney made a motion to close this case with No Action with Agency Discretion. The motion was seconded by Colonel Milstead and passed unanimously. The information from Frank's case was removed from the Brady List. Only his name and case numbers remain. Once you are on the list, it's next to impossible to get it removed. Six years later, Frank was working for the Pinal County Sheriff's Office. The public relations department wanted to make videos for education and entertainment purposes about the work of the department. Sheriff Mark Lamb agreed and Fridays With Frank was born. Due to Frank's sarcastic style of humor and his interactions with the drivers he stopped, the videos became very popular. Cop-haters on UA-cam took notice and looked for any reasons to try to belittle Frank. They found his name on the Brady List site. Although his case had been closed for six years, they then began making up lies about the reason Frank was on the list. They said he lied under oath, stole overtime pay, deleted evidence before a trial, and even said he had been fired for excessive force. They also claim he can't testify in court, although he can and does frequently

Im still amazed that Sheriff Lamb is still such a bright and cheerful and joyous soul after the loss of his child. Nothing but the highest respect for the man, especially with how he has moved forward after that loss...I dont know how anyone does it at all, much less someone in such a stressful position as the elected sheriff of a border county.

My favorite is how you talk to the sovereign folks..other police officers need to know how to keep in control of the situation and not let them take over. You are quick , short and you stay in charge.

I was in the fire service my entire career and had a chance to work with a lot of police officers. Frank is the kind of officer I would have wanted to have my back. I have been a targeted individual the last 30 years, and every American needs to HEAR MY STORY, because what the monsters did to ME, they are now doing to YOU ALL.
When the criminal harassment by agents started in 87-88, they had a legit right to watch me. At the time, I was young and wild and dating a drug dealer. I stopped dating him and stopped all drug use in 88, but the harassment never stopped. They have tapped every phone, hacked every computer and criminally and repeatedly entered every home i have lived in during these years since. I now don't leave my home unless I hire a house sitter because the filthy agents refuse to STAY OUT OF MY HOME. I couldn't understand for years, WHY they were targeting me. I'm married, don't do anything illegal and am a Christian since 94. It wasn't until 2018 that I knew WHY. I was sick with a skin disorder that I am now convinced was another bioweapon being tested on us. I was examining my skin with a magnifier when i found strange, matching sets of holes in my inner wrists and knees. They looked like tiny tunnels, but couldn't be seen with the naked eye. I had no idea how they got in my skin, and I hadn't seen any doctors or taken any shots in years. So I got out a sterile needle and opened up those holes and took samples from them and viewed it under my microscope. (A hobby I have had many years.) I was speechless at what I found. I t was a clear, COMPUTERIZED GEL, and it was laid out in a ladder shaped grid system, that had tiny rice shaped batteries around it's outer perimeter. The VAST majority of cops are cool and decent. Before he knows what happened, you have him hand cuffed in about seven seconds still in the driver seat. I've seen you do that about three times. Brilliant!

I stopped dating him and stopped all drug use in 88, but the harassment never stopped. They have tapped every phone, hacked every computer and criminally and repeatedly entered every home i have lived in during these years since. I now don't leave my home unless I hire a house sitter because the filthy agents refuse to STAY OUT OF MY HOME. I couldn't understand for years, WHY they were targeting me. I'm married, don't do anything illegal and am a Christian since 94. It wasn't until 2018 that I knew WHY. I was sick with a skin disorder that I am now convinced was another bioweapon being tested on us. I was examining my skin with a magnifier when i found strange, matching sets of holes in my inner wrists and knees. They looked like tiny tunnels, but couldn't be seen with the naked eye. I had no idea how they got in my skin, and I hadn't seen any doctors or taken any shots in years. So I got out a sterile needle and opened up those holes and took samples from them and viewed it under my microscope. (A hobby I have had many years.) I was speechless at what I found. I t was a clear, COMPUTERIZED GEL, and it was laid out in a ladder shaped grid system, that had tiny rice shaped batteries around it's outer perimeter. It had pine tree shaped antennas that had perfectly symmetrical branches with metallic looking little balls on the tip of every branch. It was slowly collapsing it's structure as it cooled to room temperature. I had never seen anything like it in my life. Finding this tech in my body explained many things I had wondered about the last twenty years. It explained why I heard a man's voice in my head sometimes. It explained why he pretended to be GOD that the things he said weren't always Godly. It explained why things got moved or hidden from me during my sleep, and why I was WATCHED CONSTANTLY through my OWN EYES. The FILTHY, DISGUSTING, LOWLIFE MONSTERS HAD HACKED MY BRAIN, and it was WORSE THAN RAPE! I told my local chief of police, when I reported finding it, that at least a woman can HEAL after being raped. There is no 'healing' from this, according to what Elon Musk says in his videos. He sells this stuff, though I cannot imagine why ANYONE in their right mind would EVER want it!! I found a picture of it right on DARPA'S website, under Obama Brain Initiative. I KNEW what would be in the vax when they said one was coming, and unfortunately, I was right. Dr Carrie Madej, and Dr Ricardo Delgado were some of the first to identify it in the shots. It's also in the masks/tests, and swabs, and NOW they are putting it in our FOOD/BEV AND MILK!!! I am here to tell you that this absolutely EVIL tech from HELL is FAR MORE than 'gene therapy'!!! It lets the filthy monsters see and hear every thought we have! It lets them talk to us mentally. It lets them even TAKE OVER OUR BODY during certain stages of sleep, and use OUR BODY to do whatever they WANT TO, and we have little or no memory of it, much less any CONTROL OVER IT! PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE SICK FREAKS ARE DOING TO US, and they MUST be stopped! I wouldn't do this to an ANIMAL, because even animals have a RIGHT to have PRIVATE THOUGHTS between them and GOD. They are also now putting this tech in all animal shots as well, HACKING ALL LIVING THINGS, so they can be REMOTE CONTROLLED by the sick freaks WHO THINK THEY ARE GOD! THIS TECHNOLOGY IS STRAIGHT OUT OF HELL ITSELF and the monsters MUST be held accountable for what they have done and are continuing to do! NOBODY HAD A RIGHT TO DO THIS TO ME OR ANYONE ELSE! NOBODY! EVER! The filthy monsters have been in MY BED, MY BATH, and MY BRAIN, the last TWENTY YEARS! Watching me through MY OWN EYES, while I bathed, changed clothes, any and everything, they SAW IT. HOW WOULD YOUI FEEL ABOUT BEING RAPED THIS WAY? I sure hope you didn't take the shots, use the other things, and God forbid you been drinking any MILK!! This stuff is called NEURAL LACE/HYDROGEL. Graphene oxide and polymer based tech that is straight out of Hell itself. Musk says it attaches to nerves and grows INTO the brain, and that it is PERMANENT. I pray to God he is wrong because I truly want my HUMANITY BACK! And he is LYING when he says that it cannot be injected through a normal needle, because it CAN if it is cold enough. It SHRINKS when it gets cold. It also doesn't need a CHIP, either, because it could easily make it's OWN! The stuff acts ALIVE in the body. Absolutely fascinating to watch. They are now putting this horror in animal shots, and other shots as well. NO MORE SHOTS, PPL, FOR ANY LIVING THING! DO NOT ALLOW THEM! They are also putting this stuff in our foods/bev and milk. Boiling or baking seems to disable it, but this needs done in professional labs to be verified.
I will gladly answer any questions you may have. These monsters love to torture and kill helpless, innocent little animals and the freaks tortured and killed FOUR of my greatly loved little dogs. The last one, my favorite, was tortured EVERY MONTH for over NINE YEARS, before we busted the agents using our CELL PHONE to put out the frequencies that were CAUSING those seizures. We busted them RED HANDED, and there is no denying what they are doing. They were using FREQUENCIES to tweak the brain, CAUSING the seizures, and other death causing things. I call it RIFE IN REVERSE, because it is. I also call it the UNHOLY GHOST, because Satan mimics everything God does, in reverse. They finally killed him Thanksgiving Day of 22, after making him go BLIND, causing organ failure, and shocking him every couple hours the last two days, till he couldn't hold out any more, and died in my arms. People, please don't sleep by anything digital, and keep your animals away from them as well! We also busted them hacking our washer/dryer outlet, and gas stove, so keep your appliances UNPLUGGED when not using them! If you hear any device making a strange or unusual sound, BLOCK IT by coughing, whistling, clapping, etc. and shut the device off FAST AS POSSIBLE. You should also keep a hammer or glass breaker in your front seat while driving, as some have reported their loved ones were locked in their vehicles before being incinerated, as in Lahaina attacks. Also keep your kids CLOSE at all times, and do NOT trust ANY govt agents as they cannot be trusted now.
