And without probable cause or articulating a particular crime it is a violation of the fourth amendment to search someone. He might have a reason but he needs to tell the citizen his reason when asked. That is protocol.
It’s not protocol in every state.
Fridays with Frank is one of my favorite shows to watch. Finally people are being held accountable. Love this man!!
This deputy is fantastic!. I think it’s great that he is recording and posting his T-,stops. Great training videos for other law enforcement personnel AND people who need to see ALL the crap law enforcement has to deal with daily. This is why response times and good law enforcement people are walking away from the job!. It’s not worth all the money in the world.. Thanks for doing what you do sir!👊🙏
I really enjoyed you showing him the speed and saying, “but you were the fastest car” lol😂
"Would you like to? Absolutely, hop on out"! The way he deals with jerks is amazing!
Frank, thank you for doing these. It is informative and helps people understand what you all go through.
This officer is terrific! So professional and sensible. Subbed👍
I love this guy. He has mastered the art of being polite and authoritative at the same time. Totally owned this citizen lawyer, lol. You go frank! Your my kinda Sheriff.
The filming by the driver…and asking Frank why the passenger in his car was filming… priceless. 😵💫
❤
😊
Priceless because what a hypocrite cop. He's filming too.
@@adamr8628u funny
@@adamr8628you’re actually slow… he was literally just asking why he’s recording
Your patience with people is very admirable, officer. I thank you for what you do! I work in the medical field and often struggle being patient with people.
I love the way you speak Frank! Very intelligent and clear speaking…. Handsome too! Keep doing a great job, love these😮👌💯🥰
This Deputy has, undoubtedly the most wonderful sense of humor
I have ever witnessed!!
Frank, sir, you are the best!!!!
This is the best cop ever on the face of the earth. Give this man a legitimate tv show lol
"The car is full of road", that statement alone sums that idiot up! This was hilarious!
“But you are the fastest car” 😂☠️😂☠️😂 best line!!!
“And you are the fastest car!” Lol love it
I can watch this all day. The stuff this sheriff deputy says is pure gold. You can’t write movie lines this good. 😂😂
“The road’s full of cars…” but you can only catch one at a time!😂. His lucky day!
This deputy is an example. Master of communication and self control. Excellent job!🙌
I would come out of retirement to do a shift with this guy!! Retired RCMP Motorcop.
Same! 5 months into retirement 😊 Mostly in K
Same here, and I'd love it!
"The cars full roads! I mean the road is full of cars." Frank you should have done field sobriety. This cat was a real gem.
I commend you officer for being so patient and kind. people are ignorant to so many facts in this world. It's unbelievable be safe out there. Thank you for your service.
Laughed pretty hard when he let him see the radar.
The “have you had anything to drink today”
“Uhhhg no”
Had me 😂😂
How drunk is drunk FRANK,YOU DICK!!!!
Deputy Frank. I'm sorry that some people are rude to you. I love the way that you maintain control while also being courteous. You save lives through your work! Thank you! 😊
Him being so polite is the best way to deal with these by far. He doesn’t react so they get madder and it’s golden.
Freaking love how Frank talks to them and his sense of humor. He's cool AF!
He is not cool he is a lying cop and will throw you or your family members in jail in a heartbeat. He’s garbage. He’s a Brady list lying cop he can’t even testify in court and has been fired from other departments . He’s a piece of garbage.
and I will say, it doesn't bother me one bit that it will tick off an arrogant, entitled, ignorant know it all like this driver was. He won't learn.
@@KindCountsDeb3773yep. It only upsets people who break the law lol
If Frank ever wanted another job he’d make a great comedian 🤣🤣🤣
Funniest thing about him is he's called Frank..... d a c
All he would have to do is stand up and tell his stories. The material is already written 😂.
He should educate other deputies
“Absolutely, hop on out!” 😂 I’m dead.
Your professionalism is what every working person should strive for.
Oh the arrogance and ignorance on this individual. Sloup, you sir are a better man than I would have been dealing with that nonsense
Frank is on the brady list...Can't even testify in court.
Are you talking about the fascist dude with the weapon?
You need a new hero.
@@toddguillory692Just because your mother didn't love you and you don't know who your father was, doesn't give you the right to come on here and be an irritating tool.
@@toddguillory692And you, Todd, need a new hobby besides trolling Deputy Sloup here.
OMG, I LOVE FRANK!! This was a masterclass 😂 Please send Frank to the PNW, we need serious assistance 🥴
Anybody else have to pause or rewind these videos because they are laughing too hard? I'm in Tennessee and love watching these
Next time I'm driving thru Arizona, I'm going around that county, Frank is on point, professional.
"there just isn't enough wood to build that bridge"
That cops a legend
Too bad he's about to retire. So sad.😢
POS dawgs in uniform....scum with a badge ... disgusting deceitful deplorable backward lying scum
Love how Frank stays pleasant but doesn't take crap. An early video had a guy who tried to pull the typical sovgen questions, and he shut that down quick - beautiful.
Deputy Frank, you are AMAZING sir, I aspire to conduct myself just the way you do, sir 😂👌🏻👏🏻🤝🏻
❤️❤️❤️ Deputy Sheriff Frank so much!!!!!! So brave and patient.
Frank, I'm glad you can have a sense of humour when you have to deal with people like this. Take care. All the best!
do you think he manages this UA-cam account?
Knowing LE agencies as I do I’m almost certain the sheriff’s department is managing the account.
Frank is a ignorant blow hard.
He sucks folm him all the time
Film
that deputy sounds like a stand up gentleman, I would totally buy him a beer or beverage of his choice.
Is he drunk?
I like to think of myself as a good driver, so does my insurance company, but I have to tell ya... if I ever got stopped in Pinal County Arizona, I hope and pray that Deputy Frank is the one who pulls me over. What professionalism... in the face of such histrionics, I have total respect for people who have skills and abilities I could never approach.
Thanks Deputy!
Utmost respect for Deputy Frank & Sheriff Lamb
Man o man, striking back with knowledge, politeness and long suffering. Nice job officer !
This was the most polite police interaction with a pulpit of misknowledge that I have ever seen. LOL
Sarcasm.
@@ApostleofDeath2 Not at all. I'm honestly impressed with how nice he was. I was actually chaining off the "pulpit of misknowledge" comment, which I found to be quite funny.
..these videos are so refreshing..i don't know what it is...the nice way he talks to people...but you know they are busted..hilarious..
I am so glad this started showing up in my feed! This ABSOLUTELY makes me smile!!😊❤
I do enjoy how he humors the people of the world and maintains his demeanor throughout. It's nice to see someone enjoy what they do and not get smug about doing it well. I'd appreciate your transfer to my area haha
If I was a casting agent you would be hired lol Great show and nice to see hardworking sheriffs showing how it's done right.
Some people can be SO SO loathsome! And so many are “all-knowing” when they actually get so much wrong and misinterpret and misrepresent reality.
The officer didn’t know how to bridge the gap between ignorance and knowledge!!
Great description of the crux of so many conversations and disagreements.
@kerrypearce4264 :: true that, kerry ! “…there’s not enough wood to build that bridge..”. Frank has successfully launched a CHEERS REDUX where everybody knows his name and should WALK……imo. Do any subscribers see Frank’s potential as a stand~up comedian ?
I disagree. Most cops just make up whatever they don't know. Simple because they're allowed to lie to the people and also, they aren't required to actual know the law. You can look it up. It's a SCOTUS. Case law, if you wanna call it law....
Thank you Deputy Frank. Bless you.
Love it. It's like talking to a toddler - "...but you are the FASTEST car!"
This policeman is awesome! Lol! I love how honest he is- “are you going to cite me for it?” Absolutely, 100% 😅
He's a sheriff's deputy.
He's on the Brady List for lying
Yea I liked that reply too. I could not do his job, and be that friendly. Rookies should have to watch tapes of this guy.
Good ole condescending Brady List lier punk!
@@Mikevdog Having looked at your other comments, it is clear that you are suffering from very low self-esteem, which is understandable.
What a nice officer! Thank you for your service.
I love his attitude
What’s flavor are the boots of this officer you’re licking?
@@thatsnice99kid got pulled over by this guy LOOL

I'm a nurse, and I am 100% going to begin utilizing the phrase "pulpit of misknowledge" is my bedside vocabulary.
Consistently professional, courteous, to the point and humorous. Nice job.
Frank you have the patience of a saint. God bless you and stay safe👏👏👍
He's a Brady List cop barred from testifying due to dishonesty.
This guy is totally full of himself and that's Frank I'll be frank with the tyrant
"I don't think there's enough wood to build that bridge" 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Epic. Love this Deputy's restraint. I don't know how he does it!
Honestly I wouldn’t be as scared to be pulled over if every cop was like you. Thank you so much for your patience, and professionalism.
I commend Mr. Frank's patients , and professionalism...I respect all law enforcement , and certainly agree with this generation having an entitlement attitude...bravo my friend...!!
i just found out about these hilarious videos. i feel my blood pressure going up just seeing the geniuses that poor Deputy has to deal with. Pillar of Patience.
I absolutely LOVE Officer Frank Sloup! You are soooo funny!! Keep up the great work!
I want to say I think Officer Frank is very knowledgeable, forth right, polite, well mannered and very professional in carrying out his duties.
I love how officer Frank deals with street lawyers!
Great temperament for a LEO…we need more like him.
So this came up on my UA-cam and I started watching it this is the first time I've seen this so I'm watching a bunch of different videos but what a nice gentleman he does his job correctly he's very polite just trying to keep peace in the world and I wouldn't have that job for anything I can imagine what he goes through but also very good-looking my goodness I'm going to continue watching
“You were the FASTEST car” KILLED me😂😂😂 the professionalism he had with that entire stop, with someone who just doesn’t know the laws. And ends it with that was soooo perfect. Glad there was no altercation, guy was getting pissed in the car for being corrected😂
What really “disappointing” is when you sound like you’re old enough to remember the invention of the automobile and still think you’re above the law.
Frank does NOT get paid enough to deal with idiots!! Thank you for your service!!!!
