    i never understand these judges decisions... i think most people would agree that having under seasoned pasta is better than undercooked pasta. With under seasoned pasta you can just add table salt, under cooked pasta you'd have to send that back. I think they just preferred the veal over chicken.

    Chicken parm just sucks compared to veal (or eggplant).
    So all things being equal, the chicken parm tying the veal says whomever cooked the chicken is superior.
