@@newlightning2306 So, if you look in settings under emails and add an email, it will give you a list of the types of emails you can set up. The one you are after is an autoresponder email. Then the setup to add the PDF is the same as above. When I was testing this out I used my own private email address to make sure everything was working before I went live.

Is it possible to have the submitted form automatically sent to someone else that was named on the form? For example, when an injured staff member completes the Jotform Injury Report, the supervisor they chose in the dropdown box would automatically get a copy of the completed form. @@Jotform I think David is asking the same question that I have. The answer he got was only a link back to this video. So we know that the autoresponder will send a condensed copy of the questions and answers to the individual who filled out the form. In this case, it sounds like David is asking about adding to the email through the autoresponder. This would give much more value to the email they receive after they hit the "Submit" button. Right now, my email to them gives them the condensed version of their questions and answers. But how do we add information to each question or section of the questionnaire in the autoresponder without adding code? Right now, I have "paragraphs" for each of the sections on the actual survey. However, I would rather these paragraphs be in the email autoresponder that adds more value to the email. I hope this makes sense.

I notice on your form when you started at the beginning of the tutorial you do not have the email listed as an option on the form. However, when you show the autoresponder the email option is available in the dropdown for Recipient Email. Email is not available for me without the email option being available on the form. Hi, I set up the autoresponder emails after submissions. But somehow I tried a few different yahoo emails. The yahoo emails do not receive the autoresponder emails. But don't have any problem with any hotmail & gmail emails.

If you wish to sell digital goods that requires approval, you may use our payment integrations to sell your products and configure an approval flow on your form so you can approve/deny user's orders. I'm no further forward with JotForms. If i ever contact u i just get links to look at. Its not helped at all. And my autoresponder isn't working. feel like just sending it all through own email address manually.

To add multiple email addresses at once in the recipient email of your form notification, just copy the emails separated by a comma or space and paste it directly into the recipient email field. Example: link.jotform.com/Y84IruFf2o. Please be reminded that we only recommend up to 10 recipient email addresses per notification. If you want to add 100 email addresses as the recipient emails, please create 9 more notifications and enter 10 recipient email addresses each.
