It would be great if you could add the functionality of: when the user selects their payment type, a "next" button appears which then links to a different form entirely, rather than having the form appear within the "payment options" form. The current solution you have here indeed is a work-a-round, however it is not too user friendly, as we are accessing a form within a form and leads to some formatting issues, as well as confusion when scrolling through: the form that appears, and or, scrolling down the main form that the users are within...
Hi Steve, That's also possible. You can use "Change Thank you Page" condition to redirect users to another form based on their answer. You can use the submit button as next button so when the user submits the form, they would be redirected to the form URL based on their answer. Im a health professional and want to create a form with a cancellation policy, the amount charged will be different for each client, and i dont want to create new form for each client. How do I do that as purchase order or square integration requires authorisation for a specific amount. This is also for another form, where each client has different amount charged
