I am experiencing my second spiritual awakening, and will be turning 44 in 4 days on 4/3/24.
This morning, I have been experiencing extreme fatigue, so I’ve remained in bed. My body kept dozing off, but would enter right into lucid/nightmare dream state. I needed this to assist for fighting off a hexing I started to feel coming my way in the middle of the night.
It started off as a regular dream that was becoming scary, turned into a nightmare, I had a shaking anxiety attack while in it but a friend I had made within my dream comforted me with a big hug that actually helped me wake up. I was able to still feel myself fighting of the attack but something felt off compared to my usual anxiety attacks…I was seeing trails of energy swirling in my vision, similar to the mandalas I used to see on the come up of my acid trips, but this energy felt like a bad acid trip trying to invade my entire being, and immediately began to put my hands together and meditate against this energy, literally feeling myself pushing against it with my determination to fight for peace and love for myself.
I started burning my tea light candles and burnt some sunflower sage I keep handy to cleanse my space, followed by burning a bundle of cedar to substitute for sweetgrass to invite positive energies to come in after the cleanse. The difference I felt was beautiful.
I had seen the faces of those summoning hexes to me in my dreams and they were friends I had fallouts with and it was clicking in my intuition this was very important for me to recognize. I asked my higher self for guidance and it brought me here. Current angel number on my clock is 311.
And to those watching this video with us:
If you would like to add some visuals for your healing, imagine the frequencies developed from these sound bowls being injected into you, traveling up from your root chakra towards your entire chakra system slowly…calmly… patiently…like the energy felt from the generous caress of a mother’s hand running through your hair… traveling up to your crown chakra.
See and feel the energetic light you have harnessed being infused with pure golden rays that radiate from your heart center and expanding to surround your entire aura, your home/area of your current resting place, bouncing back to you to form a protective healing bubble.
Know you are strong, you are loved, and you are protected by your higher self, your spirit guides, and your ancestors if you choose to ask to call for their assistance. They love us very much and appreciate us loving ourselves by watching this video and others like it to stay energetically tuned.

I just had the most transformative session listening to this. Talking with all of my chakras and asking what they needed to heal. It was amazing. Thank you for sharing your gifts. If you really want this to work well...make sound with your breathing...don't worry how you sound. That is where the true release comes from. Like the cries when you were a baby...they are the vocal vibrations that eliminate and vibrate the pain from your body. Then watch the tears fall as a physical manifestation of these releases. You may also yawn...which is also resistance being released.
