7 Solar Plexus Chakras for Confidence and Abundance | Minor Chakras Sound Bath

- There is a dear, precious soul that needs some prayers sent her way. This Solar Plexus sound bath is sending all the strength it has to help Carol get through these incredibly difficult times. 💛🫂
✨In this sound bath, we will be focusing on the 6 energy points that make up the Solar Plexus Chakra:
•Stomach/Intestines
•Spleen
•Pancreas
•Left Adrenal Gland
•Right Adrenal Gland
•Liver
•Primary Solar Plexus Chakra
Some have defined these energy centers as their own 'minor' chakras associated with the Solar Plexus ‘primary' chakra.
✨In this practice, we will focus on each of these areas, cleansing, clearing and re-balancing them with specific frequencies. I've personally interpreted their representation in vibration form in the list below:
💛The Harvest Moon Tibetan singing bowl note E that resonates at 216Hz and represents the Stomach/Intestines.
💛The 126.22Hz Sun Solar Plexus tuning fork represents the Spleen
💛The 647Hz Tube Harp represents the Pancreas
💛The 1319Hz Tube Harp represents the Adrenal Glands
💛The 2019.52Hz Sun chime represents the Liver
💛And lastly, the 324Hz crystal singing bowl represents the primary Solar Plexus chakra
By aligning all 6 of these minor chakras with the primary chakra, we allow any blockages to clear. Remember to take time to focus on each energy point individually during this sound bath to will allow for release and clearing to take place.
When your Solar Plexus chakra feels balanced and aligned you will have a greater sense of self-confidence. This will open doors for you, allowing abundance to flow freely into your life.

I'm in my 4th (and last) ivf cycle and had egg collection a week or so ago, hearing this is giving me an ache in my left ovary (where all my eggs were!). I know its unexpected since fertility and reproductive organs are all related to sacral, but this is the reaction I've had listening to these amazing frequencies. I believe this is clearing the way for new energy for my next phase of my ivf cycle. Although this is a stressful time for me in other ways, I am listening to this with the faith that the right doors will open for me and for new opportunities and a longed for baby to enter my life 🙏🙏🙌🙌❤❤🤱🏽🤱🏽👼🏽👼🏽

I don’t want to sound disrespectful it’s just I’ve had really bad belly ache the last few days. Relaxing now about a quarter way through, my belly has all these rumbles, broke wind and the aching has calmed. These vibrations are heavy man, thank you dearly ❤
