I was so proud of myself, that I say "Yes, I can do it!" A message from solar plexus. Thanks a lot for providing these wonderful healing sounds, which dive deep under many layers under the surface and resolve blockages. I am so happy to write this freely. You should dive into what the males around you are doing that’s bothering you and see if there’s something mirroring there for you. I’m a female so for me , I was carrying unworthiness from the males around me that actually had nothing to do with me
For an autistic adult with insomnia, I've been finding the vibrations and resonating sounds so calming. It's been helping me quiet my brain so I can sleep. Thank you so much for this. I really appreciate ❤
I don’t want to sound disrespectful it’s just I’ve had really bad belly ache the last few days. Relaxing now about a quarter way through, my belly has all these rumbles, broke wind and the aching has calmed. These vibrations are heavy man, thank you dearly ❤
Also a lot of the collective as well as starseeds have been having abdominal issues as well as lower back pain, so your not the only one brother, we are all experiencing a cleansing.

these are awesome for getting into the nitty gritty! i have been so out of wack in my solar plexus/arms and back and neck and shoulders and these and the other ones have helped so much
I think this is the one I needed the most. I use a pendulum and it barely moved when it started and then it spun clockwise after playing this for about five minutes. I noticed more heat in my upper abdomen and a temporary headache.
