About This Sound Bath

At times, we treat ourselves as our own worst enemy.

In the summer of 2022, I felt as though my world was collapsing around me. Laying on the floor, I would dwell for hours on self-perceived mistakes I had made and scolding myself; sinking deeper and deeper into anger and despair.

It took a long time, but I finally realized, my problems were rooted in how I felt about myself. So, I took time to look within and begin the painful process of acceptance, surrender and repair.
With amazing speed, the darkness inside began to transform.
Before long, an internal paradise had formed. The presence, self-love, and confidence began to pour outward, spreading to others and insulating me against difficult times.

Now, I pour this paradise within into this sound bath for you, hoping this music becomes the catalyst for the transformation you seek.

Wow, how incredible! You’re Wonder Woman! I know this because I just hit 5 years clean from heroin. It is no small feat. Getting to be grateful for life, our families, and just ourselves is such a magical feeling. I hear so much gratitude in your post. So much love. Sometimes it takes being at the brink of death to awaken to life. Idk about you but I knocked very hard on death’s door. Recovering from heroin addiction is one of the toughest things I’ve ever accomplished. Healing from why I went down that road was even tougher. Still a WIP (work in progress) but life couldn’t be better. Most days. Music also helped me stay clean. Big time. I’d be lost without it. I hope we both continue on our Wonder Woman journeys. Continue to rise above where we were the previous year and stay grateful for the life we get to live today. May the Universe continue to keep us present, bless us, our lives and our families. Thank you for your post, friendly soul. So, so proud of you. You’ve achieved a miracle! May there be many more to come. 🙏🏼❤️ Namaste.

I have been hoping that you would do a soundbath for self-forgiveness. Thank you so much 🙏 In 2022 I was chronically stressed and acted like a mean moron. Since last summer I have been in deep recovery. I did daily meditation, breathing exercises, journaling, practicing math, sound baths, and hydrotherapy. I also did weekly talk therapy and got into psychiatry. I've made my apologies to the people necessary for my behavior. They've forgiven me and I desperately need to forgive myself and let it all go. I am no longer that person anymore and people can change 😢 thank you, thank you ❤

exactly what i need right now! i m dealing with anger coursing through every cell of my body, as life crumbles around me..... again. and always self blame/self hatred is vibe. 59 yrs old, 3 kundalini awakenings, & in recovery from addiction. choosing every day to be present, in my body, and staying on this planet to do the work. it's intense, which is WHY i have shut down through food, etc. thank you for sharing you be-ing, journey & gifts.🙏
I tend to judge myself a lot, for everything I do. I find myself embarrassing in public if I act too much like “myself” and I reflect on everything I say for hours afterward. I hope this sound bath helps me forgive myself and have more self compassion 😢

I have been dealing with great trauma from the office and just resigned. I had night terrors and can't sleep for 4 days. Somehow I fell asleep easily to this. Thank you for helping people like me. God bless you...
In most cases throughout life, one must go through a period of suffering in order to stop, pause, go deep within where you will find a place that dwells in each and every one of us. More than you may ever understand - we are are grateful. He’s 13. And our time at night - every night - is “our time” - I used to always cry in the darkness beside him. Thinking about when his job as my bestie ride or die has been completed. I’m crying now typing this. But the point is, when we listen to you, I am WITH him. Presently. The two of us just relaxing and smiling and chilling. En lieu of crying (me, anyway)

I discovered these by accident last night. When my positive hypnosis finished it went to one of these videos. The healing is already helping. I woke up this morning listening to it
wow. that’s all i keep saying to myself after listening to this while meditation: wow. thank you from the core of my heart for sharing this. this music, in my meditation, took me to a place where i met myself again. i hugged myself, ran through the sand hand in hand with myself, i climbed trees and floated on my back on the ocean’s waves, with myself supporting me and teaching me along the way. i found fun and life and play and trust again, with myself right next to me teaching me these things, reminding me of the connection and relationship i can have with myself. i discovered that what i’ve been yearning for and missing is not a person or location or sensation from my past, but myself. i’ve missed the deep, warm, true connection to myself, my being. i weeped as i found myself again. thank you. your inner paradise has helped me rediscover my own, and my self. thank you, thank you, thank you. 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

Thank you for sharing your experience. It is sometimes hard to be emotionally vulnerable about personal experiences. I have been struggling lately with letting go of my mistakes and inadequacies. I noticed you wear a cross. If I am correct in assuming your faith to be Christianity, I would add my faith in Christ to yours. I believe He bore our sins and pains, and will lift our burdens as we trust in Him. I try to mentally and spiritually lay my burdens of guilt and regret at His feet. I would ask in prayer for help to forgive myself and strength to move forward. There is peace in Christ!
