I read a review where a gentleman had an issue with the bladder, becoming a taco around the tank. And also having issues dumping air without being vertical have you had any issues with a single tank in a wetsuit in this nature?
Not a single issue and about 75 dives on it at this point (both wet and drysuit). I don't know how the bladder could physically wrap around the tank like that, it litterally has clips on both sides... He would have had to intentionally unclip the sides and even then would still need a major failure maybe due to insufficent care? No more air trappage than any normal back inflate BCD... Air still obeys the laws of physics and hydro dynamics; so if the valve is above the air and you are in trim or slightly elevated position it shoud easly vent. Again no issues for me!

I have a thick 7 mm neoprene drysuit. Will it fit well
Yep! I actually own a 3mm, 5mm, 7mm, and drysuit. I've worn this BC comfortbaly with all of them!
