I love my Staub Dutch oven. It’s been around as long as Le Creuset, but occasionally Staub will put their 5 qt regularly priced at $350 on sale for $99. That’s when it’s worth it to buy. Great for soups, sautéing, making Carmel’s and stews etc. Gonna look for those enamel sauté pans though. I have the ones from Costco and they’re actually surprisingly very good.

Do you use the ENTIRE set or only certain pieces. I know with my set of cookware, I don't use every piece which is a bit of a waste of space which I need. So I like the idea of buying certain pans to use ALL the time.

@@barbarastotler900 The only piece I don't use quite as often is the small sauce pan. But I'm a mom of two under five so homemade sauce is just not a frequent for us right now 😂 Otherwise, yes I use all the pieces in my set all the time!!!

On the topic of not buy what you dont need, should I buy my meal ingredients daily or weekly? What is the best way to have a fully stocked kitchen without having to buy a weeks worth of groceries at one time so as to minimize spending as well? Hope you get back to me and again thanks for the awesome videos I love your passion for food and it is inspiring!

I love Thrive. Recommending you and Thrive to all of my friends. I am going to also get your Cookbook. Thanks for all of your excellent knowledge ... this saves me so much time researching and understanding why things “don’t agree with me”. I am going to get your Bobby Approved app. Please let me know how. Thanks!

Casaware makes the *BEST* non-toxic granite bakeware that is non-stick. I have four of their jelly roll pans, which are basically cookie sheets, and their muffin pans, along with their little decorative pans that I make grass-fed gelatin gummies in. All of it holds up well and makes baking fun again. I feel that this brand performance better than stainless steel, as I don't feel comfortable using aluminum.

Thank you so much for the info! According to Google, The Culinary Kitchen's color of 2020 is a Naval blue. Here is the exact info I received: We're cooking up a fresh take on kitchen cabinet color thanks to the Sherwin-Williams 2020 Color of the Year, Naval SW 6244. When using this hue in open floor plans, let the deep, dark color help ground the space and create depth.
