- Here is A&L Truck Supply's 1957 Peterbilt 351 on it's way out of the Truckin' For Kids Truck Show in Irwindale, California on Sunday October 5th, 2014. Two things that are different on this truck from last year are the stacks and the front bumper.

Yes, I know many agree with you. They are a timeless classic.
This particular work of art has been on my shortlist of favourites for quite a while now. I still have a load of photos of 'er saved in an external hard drive heh, heh. Of course there's 2 or 3 little things I might change if it was mine but I'm talkin' minor details and I don't think anybody would want 100% of something that another person had as their vision. I'm still gonna get my 351 some day and we're gonna have a great retirement together heh, heh. Handsome, handsome old iron folks and I appreciate ya sharin' it. Keep 'er between the ditches with yer shiny side up and keep on truckin'.

Grandpa bought one of these brand new in 58. It started out as a light weight but by the time he retired it in 84 he had stretched it and made it a dump truck.
Its sitting in my uncle's back pasture. Sadly its too far gone to restore but she was pretty back in her prime.
They never made me better.
