Demo of our Heavy series in aluminium on a customers machine before getting ready to pack for delivery.
The customer enquired for a machine for aluminium processing - we offered them a solution with our new open table design.
This coupled with a chip collection pan with removable trays and chip extraction unit(Not shown in video for demonstration purposes) makes for a very clean cutting process.

Hii, what is the precision and repeatibility of this cnc?

+/- 0.06mm-0.08mm. Our controllers also utilize backlash compensation.
This 1.3M x 2.7m unit is also available in a C7 ballscrew driven system.

Can it mill steel?

Hi, This is a cnc router so it is not recommended.
The base struts on this machine were steel - which was surfaced using the machine itself, so it can be done with lighter passes and the correct tooling.
