Salt Strong Mulligan - Slam Shady
Well done video of great fishing!
Thank you for the support 🤙🏼
You killed it buddy. Slam shady is awesome I've tried it but remember the fishing spot is also important.
Definitely agree!
Donnie, great news. I joined SS mid last year, great team and products.
You’re right they are. I’m happy and excited to be working with them!
Another great video, Donnie...keep 'em coming!!
Will do. Thank you for the support! 🫡
Great Job!!
Thank you 🤙🏼
Woohoo! Just got mine on order! Kevin’s going to look into the membership, but we may need to wait until we get to some saltwater!
Awesome! Thanks for the support! Yea I would wait on that because a lot of the best features of the membership have to do with finding saltwater spots
yeah man those mulligans are legit. one of my favorites as of late 👌
For sure! Do you like to rig it on a weighted twistlock style hook or a jighead?
I prefer the jigheads myself for the better hookups. 1/8 oz. and up depending on depth. weighted hook rigged weedless around snaggy structure though 👍
@@KennyVengeance yea good call. Tight lines dude 🤙🏼
@@FLFlatsmaster tight lines bro 🎣
Hosting a clinic out there! Did your boots even move? LOL! Well done man! And it's great to see you repping Shimano/GLoomis!
Thank you!!
I covered about half a mile of shoreline but most of the fish were concentrated around the oyster beds. I love my gloomis/ Shimano combo!
Things got a little slow and I used there polk county tweaker for the first time and was getting nailed left and right. Finished the day with a little over 20" trout
I have a pack of those and I’m excited to try them. Were you using it on a weighted hook or jighead?
@FLFlatsmaster on a 8th or 3/16oz jig head. Obviously depends on the current but I use those the most. Weighted hook I think would work probably better so if I do go tomorrow I'm trying that out.
Wow nice trout! I've used lots of salt strong products, solid lures. Great video! 🎣
Thank you! Yes their lures are legit 💪🏼
Nice Trout. I haven't been out that way since I moved my boat to Placida Harbor, this make me want to head out that way and make a video. Do you like that little cut and creek heading up towards Burnt store or do you prefer the flats?
Thank you! I wade that whole area it’s been really good all over. I like fishing there on a high tide
Nicely done!! What part of FL was this?
Thank you! This is in Cape Coral, FL
Got my fist snook on the slam shady at hearts landing Sarasota
Congrats! Salt Strong makes great stuff and their community is super helpful.
Great video brother! Mulligan putting in work!
What do u think grabbed that trout? Dolphins? Cormorant?
I would guess it was probably a dolphin. He was lucky to have gotten away lol
Good job with your sponsorship
Thank you!
if it is so hard to measure the fish, put inch marks on your rod from the bottom up!
Yea man great idea! Thanks!
Nice video
been looking for a flat like this for over a year i need help lmao
Go on the maps and look for areas with sea grass, oysters and mangrove shorelines. Salt Strong has a smart fishing spots map that can show you where there’s grass and oysters and it will even highlight areas that should be productive based on their algorithm.
There’s a link in the description if you want to try it for a month risk free to get some spots.
@@FLFlatsmaster i always do it but tampa os so overfished i feel like . ive always thought about joining that salt strong stuff
