You can use it immediately, because it is cooked.
But it lasts even longer if you let it cure for a few weeks.

Naoh 30g??

KOH 65g (60%)
This soap does not become rock hard like bar soap. But it lasts long. Does this help?

It really does last longer if you let it cure for a few weeks first. But it is fully cooked/saponified and safe to use after you mould them.

and what is tallow soap for washing face?

You will need the KOH. Without it you will just make a normal hot process bar soap and you will definitely have to adjust the amount of NaOH. It will not foam up nicely either.
I have not done a tallow facial bar - I will definitely do one in future.

I can tell you horror stories about my attempts at trying to make shampoo bars😂 I don't try making them. You actually do need some special ingredients.
But there are some very useful tips ⬇️⬇️ on this channel too. I love her whipped body butter.
