      Mtlb han per gram fat mein 9 calories hoti hai jo protien ke hisab se (4 calories per gram) jada hai but its not that big of a matter until you're getting it from natural things instead of packed foods or deep fried things
      Baki bnde ki mrji agar paisa hai to protien hi khata rhe agar nahi afford kr skta to jo mil rha usse gujara krle

      @@creativerse6447 at eighteen years old , you are already 95% grown to your potential ,
      but if you try your best for the next 3 years or until the age of 21 you might increase your height and weight .
      i would suggest sleeping for 9-10 hours which will be the most important thing of them all.
      eating a balanced meal with 120-200 gram protein and lots of dairy like milk and curd will ensure you get strong put on mass and also grow in height.
      exercising and weight training are gonna make you really a different person after 3 years.
      just today i turned 19 , i started applying these things into my life when i was 17 and i was 107kg while being 5'7 inch.
      i am now 79Kg and 6'2 so i would say that these things work . Btw writing this took way too long so please do try applying these things to your life to make it worth .

    My vegetarian diet
    200 gm milk - 7gm protein (2 times a day )
    200gm curd - 5-7 gm protein
    70gm soya chunks - 25-30gm protein ( 2 days in a week )
    Paneer ( once in a week )
    Chole ( once in a week )
    And baki ke din kuch bhi or dekh leta hu

    4:25 I actually agree this I am a professional cricketer since childhood. Pace bowlers always get a good height but batsmans like me often have short height . For a batsman height doesn't matter a much . Batsman often have a bad posture due to continuous bending

    Growth hormone doesn't itself increases height but if gets converted into igf-1 by the liver which increases height and although intermediate fasting increases growth hormone but it also prevents it from converting into igf-1 and hence results in reduced height.

    if You Want to go to gym as a teenager, if recommend not to lift too much weight, Like deadlifts. It WILL increase your height but it will slow the process of growth. While pulls ups, your spine stretches, during deadlift and exercises like that. Your spine is not stretching but being pressed. It's slowing your height down.

    Chad is right - I eat almost everything in my teen ages and I was 6 feet in class 10 and on another hand my cushion was bearly 5’5 in is teen now he is 5’7 age 19 and I’m 6’4 at the age of 20 ( maybe your thinking i got good genetics but the catch is yes eating all types of Balance diet in your Puberty will actually help you to get the height and frame in your body and it’s a fact!!! )
