i would suggest sleeping for 9-10 hours which will be the most important thing of them all.
eating a balanced meal with 120-200 gram protein and lots of dairy like milk and curd will ensure you get strong put on mass and also grow in height.
exercising and weight training are gonna make you really a different person after 3 years.
just today i turned 19 , i started applying these things into my life when i was 17 and i was 107kg while being 5'7 inch.
i am now 79Kg and 6'2 so i would say that these things work . Btw writing this took way too long so please do try applying these things to your life to make it worth .
