I remeber in 2023, theres was inauguration of a temple in my village and my family was one of the main contributor and in that inauguration i was the one who was just roaming around checking his phone , playing chess etc. I was to anxious to talk to someone but some of my cousins came and they confronted me and we met and then we talked a little and for the next 2 days , i had the best laugh of my life , we enjoyed alot , roaming the village. , had a fight with village boys , confronting random peoples etc. it was a butterfly effect for me that only happened because i didnt let my anxiety overcome me and that was a life changing moments for me.
Same happened with me but no cousin comes
one of my friends has the same situation. Everyone bullies him because he is weak in studies and he is very skinny. He always dreams with open eyes. i always support and motivate him whenever he feels low he talks to me. but then something better happens...he took his father's lifetime saved money and invested it in a new business with his cousin and now he is a business partner although he is not financially that good but better than before. and we dont talk anymore. because he don't need me now, but i hope he'll always stepping up. ❤

I totally relate to the last part of the video. I sang jeena jeena in the worst way possible (forgot the lyrics was singing gibberish). Yes I felt a sudden butterfly type of thing in stomach. But after a second or two it was gone. I got off the stage and a super senior bro gave me a handshake and said atleast you tried(not to mention others were just mocking me coz yeah it was funny af, i was visibly underconfident) but fast forward to a month. I wrote and narrated a poetry on teachers day and since then never tried to miss any opportunity to perform on stage or in front of people. Thanks Chadtag.

Bhaiya I can relate to this 100%. When i was in 9th lockdown period, I was always scared to put my opinions on something or basically talk with anyone irl. In Class 10, I experienced a lot of exposure where I was able to interact with people but barely. As I got promoted to class 11, I started to give my opinions in family matters and my academics. Sooner I started to realise that its just about letting others know about our thought. Usually we are stuck in a loop where we think that what will people think about myself or of my opinion. I started to hit the gym, made female friends and started to realise that "So called fear" was just present inside my head and no one cares about that. I hope anyone reading this comment, If you are facing difficulty in socialising or are afraid of fights or smth, just be calm don't care what others think and always state your opinions and let your emotions out. Don't supress them otherwise it would eventually make you more fragile. Hope this helps.

My own experience
I m 100 prcnt that guy
Kabhi kisi ka kuch bigada nahi fir bi sabne bully kiya even till yesterday
Until i fought back
At first there was 1 boy then 3 to 4 boys
I stood and roasted all of them and verbally abused them
Until?? Until they stopped doing that shit
And i have also witnessed from past when took stand for myself very strongly evry other ppl repelled and never did same thing
It takes lot of courage to fight 1 or more ppl
Just stand there and be brave

Brother...I did a flute performance in my class as you suggested to do for improving social skills( though you said guitar is best to be played) but yet I know how to play the flute since long back...I did a lot of practice but unfortunately when I stepped on the stage and started playing my flute I suddenly started to shiver and my performance went bad, even a few of my classmates started saying that 'look his hands are shivering' that tensed me even more. And now I am really afraid to do something like that again. I want to be a performer like you on stage . Please make a video on how to overcome such stage fears.
Bhai same happened with me but atleast we put ourself infront overcoming our fear. Now at first I did feel some shame and guilt but eventually I received appreciation from everyone as it was my first time, I started talking about this with my close people and it helped me to ease the guilt. Now when I go to stage I don't feel the same fear I felt for the first time and made various female friends along the way as they saw that even while I fumbled first time I am still standing. Good luck and keep practicing.

Altho' I have never been feminine as of now... I'm 18 now but I am a quick, stout replier type of guy but it is also not too much of good of a thing...I can say, trust me, you should not live with a bowed head but also don't be straightway impolite or unnecessary over-talker.
