Four or five years ago, I contacted you on Facebook because I was amazed by your skills and wanted to be able to do AT LEAST something close to your paintings. You gave me the best advice - to start drawing and I would improve overtime. You were so right. I feel like I am ready to take the next step but I cannot afford something like this. I hope to win because well... personal development and money. Obviously. Also, I have been interested in digital drawing for like two years now so winning would help. Thank you, I just received my deco pro today, let's see how it will work💪.I had a simple wacom intous for almost the same price and it was quite hard to use it for more complicated paintings.
i've been using Deco pro M for a while I really like it in my daily needs of painting and as a teaching aid, also for presentations. There is a wireless version called deco pro MS recently out.
I think it's also worth noting just how responsive XP-Pen are, towards customer reviews and suggestions.
I've used both Wacom and XP-Pen (currently own an Artist Pro 15.6), and I find XP-Pen's a bit quicker and more responsive to my consumer feedback. I've seen software updates done in a matter of days, after reporting bugs.
I keep both tablets and appreciate both companies. But it's good to have a promising, hungry company that's competing with the long-time monopoly that is Wacom. The best alternative to Wacom to date.

Hi I am a beginner. I bought a wacom pro M recently and couldn't get the customised keys for PS to work. Tech guys at wacom and adobe couldn't either. Apparently it is a wacom driver issue. I have sent it back and am looking for an alternative. Your review has helped a lot and i will try this one! thank you.

Hi. I bought this tablet recently and decided to return it. When I started using it I found that sometimes it did not recognize clicks. The mere weight of the pen and the contact with the tablet were not enough to activate the stroke. I needed to apply minimal pressure even at maximum sensitivity, which didn't feel natural at all (unlike my basic little wacom intuos that recognize the slightest touch). From XP pen technical support they told me that it was probably due to a flaw in the construction of the pen, but I'm not sure about that. Do you think it may be a pencil failure or did you experience something similar with this tablet?
I just became a graphic design major and looking forward to getting this soon.
So... how is it working now? Had any problems with it in the long term? Please tell us, it's very important for us to know.
I hesitate between this model and the Huion Inspiroy H1161. The Huion is all plastic but has a slightly larger work area, has more separate buttons, 220PPS vs 200PPS, USB 3.2 vs USB 2.0 (this probably determines the higher PPS). I don't have a USB 3.2 port on my PC, but the rest of the advantages remain.
Question- what drawing app is used in this video? I want to know for when I get it. Also do you know any animation software used with this drawing tablet for windows?
I m an Architectural designer (uses for AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, ArchiCAD, Blender, Photoshop, Indesign, Premier), planning to migrate from Wacom to Xp pen Deco Pro.. and I need to make sure if the pen tablet be suitable for my 3D artist work flow. I was hoping anyone who has it can help to answer few of my question as this would effect the workflow.
The driver in the website has a version of "XP-PENWin_3.0.8.201225(New UI Beta Driver)"
Question:
1. From my research digging information from reviewers and PDF from Deco Pro website - How come the older driver dial and touch dial has 5 slots each, while the new UI has only 4 slots each (additionally mac driver has 6 slots each?)
2. Upon my research, I would like to know if it is possible to have zoom in and zoom out to be allocated to just 1 button at pen barrel? (ie. by holding on the button, moving the pen forward or backward will simulate zoom in n zoom out)
3. Is the Beta driver stable enough for daily driver?
4. Based on my research on reviewers, the mouse + keyboard key combination for custom express key, can only be found in newer UI driver and not on the official driver?
5. the New UI driver will have the ability to have individual app presets for the pen barrel buttons? This is important as I am using multiple apps with their individual way to zoom, rotate and pan
6. does XP pen has same windows ink issue as Wacom (pressure sensitivity in some prog will not work if windows ink is not activated)?
You help will be much appreciated and I hope these question able to encourage regular wacom user to consider alternative pentablet.
Finally, Can someone do a video showing the new UI driver. Pen tablet will only be as useful as the driver it provide.

How does it compare to wacom intuos?
This thing came out in 2018 the comparative Wacom is from 2005 I know I have both lol. Still love the build quality of the Deco Pro Medium. Huion is winning now honestly.

Hello Deco Pro Small Tablet. Right-click (bottom button on stylus) on stylus does not work in ZBrush, everything was fine at first,
but at the moment I cannot use this function, I removed old drivers,
installed new ones, unchecked Windows Ink several times.
This button is assigned by default in ZBrush to rotate the model in the viewport.
At first, the model starts to rotate, but as the rotation continues, the connection with the tablet is abruptly cut off
The actions are as follows: The cursor is positioned on the model in the viewport (working screen / ZBrush canvas), the bottom button on the stylus is clamped,
the stylus is guided in the desired direction along the tablet surface, and the model begins to rotate, but after half a second, the rotation is interrupted.
Again, the problem has appeared recently. The tablet did not fall, did not fall, did not break, etc., the handling is extremely neat.
You are kindly requested to really help, and not to unsubscribe in the standard way, to reinstall drivers, etc.,
with the ancient Wacom CTH490 such problems never occurred, but it costs 5 times cheaper.
HELP: Hello, thank you very much I have a little bigger problem, and it is that I just bought the deo pro small and in the computer destined for this tablet when I install any driver the mouse (trackpad) is disabled, at first I thought it was the configuration (that is disabled when it detects another mouse), but when I connect any other usb mouse right there the trackpad returns and both work (trackpad and usb mouse) please help what can I do? because the idea is to use it with a laptop and not be carrying an additional mouse. thanks for sharing I just got the pro but still not sure how to set up the keyboard shortcut is the best~ especially how to set up the kl ＆ kr key~ hope u can have a video to share how u setting ＆ apply the shortcut key

For the money this is a great tablet, so yes, you can use it for digital painting.

Hi! There’s isn’t any film on it, so I guess if you want to protect the surface you could buy a protector. I’m not sure if it’s needed though.

I have a Deco Pro S and it's roughly the same size as an Intuos Pro M if that helps...

I haven't tried it yet, I was focused more on painting, but that's a good point for future reviews. I don't see why it wouldn't work though...Same goes for ZBrush really.

I can see huge delay between stroke and line on screen. Your PS is lagging, it shouldn't be like that.

At 80, staying safe, I am switching from outdoor photographer to brand newbie artist wannabe. . I don't have a clue how to digest my new Deco pro coming next week.
