hey guys!! welcome back to my channel. Today we are reviewing the ghost vegan protein in the flavor peanut butter cereal milk. I test it out with plain water as well as in a smoothie!
Since creating this video I have been using this protein almost every day. My preferred way to drink it is with: 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop protein, 5-6 strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1 scoop probiotics, ice, BLEND. It Is PERFECTION (must add the banana)..

Ghost seems good but i don't like that it contains sucralose. i'm also wondering how good they are on heavy metal content.

I like the pesciene peanut butter flavor and the TC1 proteins and greens! 😊 The TC1 has more benefits compared to these two
