I have a pair of 452 rifle length barrel blanks, and considered turning an 03 Springfield into a 450, but decided on a long barreled 25-06 instead. I do have a pair of 450s. A dull cutter cuts oversize, I am a machinist.
I am about to fit one of these stocks to my Swedish 96 in 6.5 x 55. I hope I can finish at least as half good as yours. Already has been sporterised so not worried about destroying an original. Also will be using the same scope mounts, unsure if the already drilled action, hoping the 3 holes match up.
TY, I was looking into this "Company" also.... Good Honest Service is everything.. jmo, I would cut off the treads and redo proper threads.... be well.
Sounds to me like you need to measure the thread diameter of the muzzle threads and then use a screw pitch gauge to determine the threads per inch and then buy the correct muzzle brake. Never assume, measure first then order.
@@shreckenguns6133 when rhineland and special interest arm had there falling we gather the parts to build 45 acp Mauser got whole rem handle/knob from ptg gave all to local gunsmith to finish what we could not do he cut handle off the Mauser and brazed in the handle/kit just like a factory rem it was cool build one of those guns I will never give up
Dam, I was going to go with them, thanks for the heads up.

Best option, just not keen on doing a pin and weld.
@@shreckenguns6133 , Yeah but have the break already n would cost ya more money in the long run.. be watching ya.......
@Shreckenguns I like the Rearden mounts if you p&w. Good suppressor mount, and are unobtrusive if you don't run a can
How long did you have to wait for them to ship your barrel
@@hebes4056 took like two weeks to ship. Took two months for a refund.
We should be able to buy those barrels at a cut rate
What did they machine the OD of the to and what’s the TPI?

what make and number of scope base have you used on this Mauser ?

I tried buying a .45acp kit from Rhineland. They charged my card but never sent a receipt or tracking, and never responded to my emails
Seems to be a common occurrence. Didn’t see until after that they have an F rating on BBB
.100" under size due to a dull cutter??? That's laughable
Rem bolt handle are brazed on
Yep that’s why I had a broken one I was able to weld onto my Mauser bolt.
