Hey Tanarah, this video was extremely helpful as I am someone who struggles with acne as well. I dealt with acne all through highschool, my first year of college I went on accutane for 6 months, got results, life was great, then in the past 3 months my skin has gotten extremely worse. It feels like I'm breaking out everyday. Right now I use benzoyl peroxide which sorta works but not really, apparently you have to do skincare for like 6-8 weeks for results to actually show, so I guess that will come with time. Anyways, I watched a few other videos about diet, how carbs and milk act as inflammatories. I cut them out for a bit (paleo/keto diet) and I did see results, but the hardest part is consistency which can be expensive because I'm extremely broke lol, so i resorted back to eating mediocre and doing skincare. If you have the funds maybe look into that, if you've already tried it and it didn't work then I guess me typing this is pointless. Also, your dreams of modelling - don't ever let that die. Best of luck on your skincare journey I hope everything works out :)
I’ve gone vegetarian and it didn’t really help. But you’re so right it’s super expensive changing your diet and doing skincare. Thank you so much for commenting😊
Have you tried azelaic acid? The prescription, Finacea, is 15%. I believe it can be applied before Arazlo (let it dry completely) in the same routine, or in the morning as well. It should help with scars, hyperpigmentation and texture…I’m also trying this out. I was working with tret for my acne and scars but am now going to work with a combo of arazlo and AA instead…hopefully it gets better for you!
