Hey Remi I hope you see this message. I had severe eczema for years, I tried all the creams and the ointments you can think of. I got rid of eczema by STOP CONSUMING DAIRY PRODUCTS!!!
I am 37 and have eczema since 2 year old. I tried Dupilumab, azathioprine, methotrexate, ciclosporin, mycophenolate mofetil and the creams such as different potency of steroid and Protopic (tacrolimus). One day I decided to see what happen if I stop using anything including not using any steroid creams. My eczmea flared so badly in the first 2 months, but I feel like another person after 3 months. I can eat seafood and less reaction to dust mites which are always the triggers of flare up. In conclusion, all the medicine I have tried are just temporarily suppress the eczmea and it makes it worse in long term. After 30 years I am a new person now.
Great to hear that you're better. This is so inspiring. Sometimes we just have to change things around and see what works for us, and in that process, we can find out what's causing our eczema. This is something I've had to go through as well, and I suspected dairy in my case. But whenever I went to the doctor, they kept giving me more and more meds.

You are such a sweet girl. I hope you get the relief you are seeking. It has been mentioned before but i would seriously consider removing things like Dairy, Wheat and alcohol from the diet. I have eczema too, not as extreme as yours but i have noticed a change in diet helped me alot.
The best moisturiser I've landed on is refined shea butter and then I mix in the strongest dermeze until it's as oily as I need for that day. I'm also on dupixent which has changed my life and after being on it for about 3 years now, I'm experimenting with spacing out the doses a bit to see how my skin responds, cos ideally I'd love to not have to be on anything, but I'll see how I go. Quitting dairy and wheat has also made a huge difference. The first time I quit eating wheat I was shocked how quickly my skin cleared up. All the best Remi, thanks for your honesty!

Try dermasil aloe fresh lotion, coconut oil,then dabs of raw yellow Shea butter. You will feel lubed up dripping in oil for a bit but it healed my skin for a fraction of the cost. I'm praying for you girl!

Hi Remi, I know all eczema are all different but I can’t help but to notice what you went through and what your face looked like during your tsw looks pretty much identical to what my face looked like. I’d love to share photos with you if there is a way. I’m currently on dipixent too. I’ve been on it for just over a year. I also want to space out the injection. I’ll be trying it from this round. I use avene xera calm balm. No sunscreen (although I’d love to find a suitable product soon) atomy bb cream. I also apply Tacrolimus which I eventually want to taper off. I’ve made a list of all little details on how to inject myself without pain. I’d love to share that with you.
Have you looked into cutting out sugars of all types from your diet? The reaction from wine could be inflammation caused by the sugar. Alcohol has a high amt of sugar in it believe it or not.
You don’t think that maybe all your symptoms are due to stretching out the dupixent so long? I’m on dupixent but I also stopped using any moisturizer on my face and my face never feels dry anymore. It feels dry after a shower but only for a few hours. Maybe it’s possible you’re overdoing the moisturizer
Hey, I am wondering if you tried something similar like this product "Dermaveen shower and bath oil" to deal with the dryness after shower and if it works for you? I just started my Dupixent injections (on 2nd dose) but this is what I have been using to deal with shower dryness, especially when I am tempted for a nice hot shower which I shouldn't. (oh and I also put lotion/cream on my body and moisturizer after I dry myself on top of the oil)
I swear a ceramide toner/essence helps so much with the eczema on my hands. The toner is meant for face but I also use it on hands and then put body cream on it. Feels so much better after
I am suffering from TSW again recently and this is my third time. I’m sorry to say this but I think Dupixent is not a medicine to heal eczema or TSW syndrome. It is just another stronger medicine which is not contain steroid. Once you stop injecting it, I am afraid that the TSW symptom will bounce back.
Hey Remi, try Aestura's Atobarrier 365 Cream, if you can get in Australia. It helped me survive the winter months in Canada. Also, congrats on stretching out your dose to six weeks. Wish I could stretch my dose, too... maybe in a few months.

My dermatologist recommended I apply “Original Sarna” anti itch lotion to the itchy places (I just rub a light bit over the place) & it relieves it for me after like 5-10 minutes & lasts a long while. Sharing if interested.
Have you tried bag balm? I’ve had bad cracked skin and it never burns and it soothe and moisturizes it. Also try brand called grahams natural alternatives has some good stuff too!
I’ve said this before if you went to a crack dealer and you realised crack was the problem ( stereoid cream) would you go back to the crack dealer and try heroin (dupixent) personally I would go through the hell the drug dealing doctors will have you on stuff for life !! I went through all you have I lost everything I mean everything I’m not the same person today but I’m constantly trying I’ve done no moisture treatment /hardly drank water / dry brushing / ice baths / 21 day fasts / carnivore / the lot and I’m slowly getting there it’s a battle the doctors have messed up and I wouldn’t take an immune suppressant if you paid me to !! With the skin being under duress since you were 10 months old, the liver needs a reset. Let's start with room temperature water and whole lemon squeezed into it twice a day...please research deeply into the liver and bile function. It will be what can lead you to the origin that needs to be balanced. I used to be a year and a half sufferer of psoriasis on the foot triggered by a flesh wound infecting the blood. Halting anti liver affecting foods and herb root detox killed off the horrendous cycle.
One of the side effects is that the eczema can travel more up to the face. They didn’t tell me that until it started happening. But my eczema was lessened overall so I’m okay with that.

salt water bath, oatmeal bath, and or rice baths. Rose water, Aloe vera or flaxseed for face moisturizer, for body coconut oil and beef tallow.

try the dupixent pen instead of the syringe...the pen makes it 100x better imo

I had an allergy reaction like yours recently on my face. What i did was to not apply anything, just clean with water.. the allergy cleared in 3 days
