For the free speech part just use chat gpt and ask it to write a 45 sec description on that topic and just read it... Also if u get something wrong, just quit the test before the time runs out and you will be able to repeat it. That s what i did for the free speech part. Because i did not manage to pronounce a word correctly, i just shut down the page and then reopened the test
