It looks like a spike in feedback torque, I hear it with my g29 also, but really I don't think it's a big issue. I drove much noisier DD wheels. The thing is, these wheels are mechanical and have many moving parts, as they age all will behave differently but noise is the most innocent defect. You can expect various sound levels from different G29 users and all would be identical in performance, as they are belt driven and it is expected.
New WRC game is fun as I experienced this too on my G27. Not that it's bad, just odd. Also to note however I haven't done any changes at all to the FFB settings in the new WRC Likely there are more settings available now and all competing for the force, meaning it's trying to simulate more forces at once?
it's been years since I had that wheel in my hands. And it's all speculation based on the video you provided. From what I understand you are saying that you have the same wheel settings in both games? Am I right in saying that you are expecting same FFB settings to work the same in 2 different games? Each game is different. FFB settings have to be adjusted per game. It's difficult to say from the video but it seems to me that in EA WRC the forces coming through the wheel are much stronger compared to Dirt. you seem to be "fighting" the wheel.
Used that thing my first year sim racing and hated how loud is was. DD is such a beautiful thing.
with WRC10 it gets super loud!!

Wow that happened to me as well i thought it was normal, definitely need patch for that
Probably some force feedback setting causing it
Isn’t that the 900 degree lock unlock sound? Maybe try putting it below 900 degree in Logitech software and match ingame

How did you get the LEDs working with WRC on G29 wheel?
it just worked automatically, I'm on PS5 BTW if thats whats done it.
WRC has improved physics and improved ffb, it's a better game overal so the wheel processes more information and is louder.
Wth did you smoke to even compare this arcady ea mess to Dr 2.0? Same dev but that's it.
@@C0nfuzius it’s better deal with it.
