My question is. Once they did the investigation, were they able to capture him and put him in jail? :( Those poor innocent fur babies needs a loving family and a clean home. :( If I were a wealthy person I'd have proffessionals come out and build on a piece of land shelters, I mean huge, nice shelters and I don't mean just plain shelters you would see anywhere else, I'm talking about suite shelters, that are clean, two huge dog beds, a big bowl with fresh food and fresh water , and a couple of chairs in the shelters as well. And a doggy door that they can come and go as they please. I would have something like that built. :) I'm dreaming for now. :( But I hope all those babies were taken away from the evil man and sent to a loving family. :(

NEVER buy a kitten or puppy from a pet store, NEVER< NEVFR, NEVER!!!!!!!!! A pet store in our area was FINALLY shut down, but they can move elsewhere. Often the dogs are not vaccinated and are ill and have parvo and other issues.
