Only unscrew, clean and screw again. Image will be good. Dont change the tubes sides. RIght tube in right place, left tube in left place. After work, return to me.

You can increase the distance between ocular lens and objective, for try to increase magnification , or buy new oculars with more magnification . For good brightness and contrast , you will need to increase the objective too. If you increase magnification you will lose brightness and contrast, in any situation. I have scopes. I will open it for you.

How do you release the objective lens, I see you pulling @0:51 seconds and then unscrewing, Why did you need to pull and not just unscrew? Thanks
I only pulled the rubber to see the screw opening and to leave the rubber out of the opening, for better unscrewing.
somethings that i do to open binoculars, is only to know how it works. I cant start unscrewing if i cant see if there is a opening there.
