I would be interested to purchase your sketchbooks as pdf or something. I want to zoom in and admire all the gorgeous detail and textures you put in. Your lines are all incredibly beautiful and delicate in a powerful way. I don’t know how to describe it. I also love your marker, watercolor and gouache work so much. How you achieve those smooth results in Gouache is beyond my understanding. It’s definitely very interesting to see your process
I normally hate writing comments, but your sketchbook is absolutely goals/immaculate and is a whole mood/goal. Thank you so much for giving us such a detailed walkthrough.
honestly, your sketchbook tour felt so inspiring because it felt like something i can do too! i love the spontaneous thoughts, it's hilariously real lol sometimes we create something without having any conscious meaning for it... but yeah i just wanna say you're one of my favorite artist, your brush pen drawings are truly one of the coolest point about your art!
I love your work. I really liked your “abandoned head” drawings. The line drawings added at a later date look very deliberate. Soft watercolor faces with heavy graphic lines produce a very nice statement. This is what sketchbooks are for
your art is incredible, i hope that someday you can make a art book of your sketches, i would be soooo happy to have that in my collection. your art inspires me so much!
beautiful sketchbook. your art really inspires me as its very close to my style. i love line work, ink sketches, outlines on everything, clean pieces without too much visual noise / too many colors, simple coloring with soft transitions, hinted shadows, and just generally a clean style of illustration where more attention is given on figure drawing rather than shadow and color blocking. grew up with comics and 2D animation, it most likely plays a role haha. keep up the great work
I did hear your stomachs but thought it was your dog growling until you said something! 😂 Love the tour, lots of interesting stuff to see in other people’s sketchbooks, thanks for sharing!
Thank you for sharing your sketchbook! I normally lose interest in sketchbook tours, but got all the way to the end of yours. I get that there isn’t much to say after a while, but it was really a treat and an inspiration seeing how you fill up your pages
I am a big fan of your work. I loved the line art and how soft and smooth the gouache and watercolor was. I don't want to look away from it. Great art and video thank you for your hard work and Inspiration.
I was so happy to see a new video from you! I set aside some time to get cozy and watch it. Like others have commented, it was inspiring and made me want to get my brush pens out and start practicing faces! I laughed out loud a couple of times, too. I also don't always mark down the info for my swatches.
Been saving this video for a good time to sit down and enjoy it~ It’s been such a pleasure so far. I wanted to take a quick pause, because the drawing at 27:35 really resonated with me, it looks to me like a young girl defending her mum’s grave Edit after finishing the video: thank you so much for sharing your sketchbook, I for one absolutely loved all of the brush pen/pen drawings, I don’t think sketchbook should always be super filled with colour or experiments with different mediums. And I love the kind of special something that’s usually only captured in sketches and quick doodles. Anyway, I’ll be coming back to this video when I need that inspiration to go back to my sketchbook 💜
Thank you for sharing. I don't want to gush, but I love your art and technique. The ink drawings were so very fine and pure, I really like how you incorporated designs into the clothes of some. Your art in that respect reminds me a little of Aubrey Beardsley, (just a little, as you definitely have your own style). The hair is done really well, even sometimes with a few strokes.
I love this sketchbook - it's so interesting, beautiful and inspirational. You're an amazing artist. I can only aspire to do something as good and imaginative as this.
I loved seeing this sketchbook tour! I also want to get better at brush pen so it was really inspiring to see your practice. I'm excited now to make my next sketchbook more focused on ink drawings too! I also usually have multiple sketchbooks going at once, and although I tend to separate them by media, I feel like I always use my watercolor one the most and then never do any actual full size paintings haha. Also I can so relate to you on the pages getting dirty thing QAQ
You're hilarious 😂. I love your personality so much. Think you're awesome and beyond talented at your craft. I could watch your videos all day. Absolute favorite artist❤❤❤❤
One way to help curtail the incomplete whole body sketch on your page is to draw a small indicator line where the top of the head starts and another small line where the soles of the feet will sit. Average bodies are 7-8 heads long, the breakdown for 8 heads tall stuck with me.…1. Top of head to bottom of chin, 2. Bottom of chin to nipple, 3. Nipple to belly button or elbow, 4. Belly button or elbow to hip joint, wrist or crotch, 5. Hip joint, wrist or crotch to fingertips (stretched-out) or mid-thigh, 6. Fingertips (stretched-out) or mid-thigh to bottom of knee caps, 7. Bottom of knee caps to bottom of calf muscles, 8. Bottom of calf muscles to soles of feet. Hope this will be helpful for you or someone else. I really like the faces you draw…your practice shows…you’re very good and your style is recognizable.
I really enjoyed this thank you so much for sharing. I prefer this to the hyper polished books. Your book was realistic and I have to say that I've been struggling with using brushes to ink for a while. Just getting the balance of dark and light. Your video helped me understand that it's okay if I don't get it and it's possible to keep going with it until I get it. Thanks again.
Hi! I'm really glad to see another tour from you! I've always loved how you are drawing lines and work with watercolor, I can say, that you are really the big inspiration for me to do more traditional art! It's really encouraging and even relieving to heard, that artist can be nervous about drawing straight up with pen, because I feel the same, ahaha, and it's easy to go, if you know, that someone can share your feelings about art and not only it. So thank you for your tour, for your art, which is amazing, and thank you for sharing! Pet your beautiful good boy from me, please! \as a dog person, I really can feel the beginning part of the video, ahah!\
Love your drawing style ❤ great work... Your art is similar to Milo Manara's work, however you give a feminine twist (softness and much more details) which is just on another level. 🥂
I hope you will someday enjoy your work as much as we do. I find your work very interesting, original and well executed. We never like our own work, but I encourage you to listen to what others say about your work…the positive remarks.
Your art work is stunning. It inspired me to work in my art. About the dog. I've had dogs. I'm used to the noises they. I don't have a dog now, and I miss all the noises they made.
Who did you say people compare your art to? I can't catch the name. I really like the pieces with the graphite watercolors. You got the colors so smooth.
Thank you! Netflix had an anime called Maniac based on his works, and I've flipped through some of his manga, but haven't actually read much. It is very creepy and weird. Haha.
Your statement about the three arteza sketchbooks is particularly funny to me.. because as i am listening, i am using one of the three pack of arteza watercolor sketchbooks i bought... that i really dont like, and regret purchasing

the black square of disapproval is very relatable
I just love the way you draw people. It's gorgeous

*Absolutely stunning. And always validating to see more artists drawing directly with inks : D*
Your linework is impressive, it’s so neat and confident, it’s one of the things I really struggle with ❤
I was very entertained. It is nice to see someone else's practice and progression through time. Thank you for sharing.

You have no idea how much stomach growling I had to edit out...next time I'll definitely film after breakfast.

Totally love your drawings, I hope some day to be able to be near as good 🙏🏻👍🏻💕
How are you adding shading to brushpen drawings like in 34:24 ? Are you using a light wash of watercolor or ink?
I would give you a thousand likes if it were possible. I love your style, it's so beautiful, never doubt yourself you're too good 👍 ❤️ 😊
I wish I could draw faces like this. Wow
Have you reached your goal by now?😊
wow ... just wow .

Very cool sketchbook:
can you do a watercolor tutorial for skin and stuff, im struggling 🗿👍🏽
Who did you say people compare your art to? I can't catch the name.
I really like the pieces with the graphite watercolors. You got the colors so smooth.
It's Junji Ito :) If you haven't read his manga yet, give them a try. He made loads of short stories that are creepy and fun!
Thank you! Netflix had an anime called Maniac based on his works, and I've flipped through some of his manga, but haven't actually read much. It is very creepy and weird. Haha.
Your "doodles" are better than anything I could ever draw.
You use gouache in a very unique way!
Your statement about the three arteza sketchbooks is particularly funny to me.. because as i am listening, i am using one of the three pack of arteza watercolor sketchbooks i bought... that i really dont like, and regret purchasing
Thank you for the video!
Fantastic talent=) ❤❤🎉🎉😊😊
