Steve is an awesome guy! As a fellow young Texan I've been inspired not only by his bodybuilding but also by his Firefighter/Paramedic career. Seems like a really humble and all around great Person
In what way? If he's using a short ROM, then he's not maximizing fascicle micro trauma by getting a full stretch, thus limiting his potential for hypertrophy. This type of training can really hinder progress (especially for us natural lifters) by leading us to believe we can just force blood/nutrients into our muscles with half reps and still get big gains like Kuclo. I suppose what I'm trying to say is natural lifters shouldn't watch videos like this and expect the same type of gains. Just watch guys like Jeff Cavaliere or a host of other reputable trainers such as this: ua-cam.com/video/xX_23i4t1v8/v-deo.html.
@@AndyMcGinnis you can never get as big muscles as kuclo but over time you can build som serious muscle, and you can try creatine and bcaa and protein powder to help you along the way, and you dont always need to use heavy weight, use a weight that you can controll. Why he is not going all the way up is cause he wants constant pressure on the muscle, and that causes stress on the muscles which later it will be forced to grow.

What song is this
0:33 - Why doesn't he use a longer range of motion? Wouldn't this short range set us up for a possible injury?
He focuses more on the muscles when he does that
