For anyone that got to 7:55 in the video if you move your shoulder blades it becomes a back workout. if you pinch it togetheir and keep it togetheir throughout the whole set it works your rear delts. Fitness pros confusing the mass public once again...
K0T the weight doesn't need to be locked out as long as your shoulder itself goes through the full range. Your shoulders may get to its full range before the tris lock out. Just go til shoulders are done.
LANDON FOUGERE na this isn't anything crazy... just because they're bigger doesn't mean they work harder in the gym. Diet plus rest is key. I can train 10x more than them but if their out of gym habits are better that's what sets them apart. Your point isn't valid.
+Dank Brahh diet and rest is key of course this is a good workout and these guys had 7 + years of brutal workout and dedication to earn it and it shows there's no perfect workout or a brutal enough workout it all depends on your goals and this workout intensity may not work for you and maybe your body responds better to a more brutal one but let's not forget these guys workout twice a day and their life revolve around the gym and they certainly have more experience and knowledge to share making their advice more valuable.
