I made a zen garden for my kids and explained that they could use it when they feel angry or stressed or any bad feeling and that it will bring them peace...this video was actually helpful to introduce it visually.

My sister had a zen garden in her room in a small box like asmr surge's and it had box with real salt rock from my dad because he works at the mine and if you know the unboxing bath bomb toy were you can win tiny piece of gold and on the outside on the sand there was shiny stones and a real succulent plant in a pot when my sister was at school I took care of the zen garden like raking the sand making sure everything is in place and watering the plant.

My sister had a zen garden in her room in a small box like asmr surge's and it had box with real salt rock from my dad because he works at the mine and if you know the unboxing bath bomb toy were you can win tiny piece of gold and on the outside on the sand there was shiny stones and a real succulent plant in a pot when my sister was at school I took care of the zen garden like raking the sand making sure everything is in place and watering the plant.
