I'm back. My ink palate did not move, but I installed the color anyway. Now everything prints out blue. Is there any way I can fix this? I have the same printer.
Hi, my pixma 2920 originally came with a 245 Cartridge. After it was all used, I went to the store and purchased a 245xl cartridge but when I installed it into my printer it says their is no cartridge. Does matter if it is a XL?
Hello, Brianna! You should be able to use either the standard or the 'XL' size. The printer is compatible with both. Please double check that all of the orange protective packaging tape and materials have been removed from the ink. My Canson Pixma MG2920 will not print. Everytime I try the paper wont go through an I would get a message called canson printer align head error or canson printer margin error. I got this printer from my school George Brown Collage in December so I can print my work but it is not working. The only thing that works is the scanner. But I need BOTH Printer AND scanner. I dont know what I am doing wrong since I am using the standard White Letter size printer paper.

it is powered on.
I already put the inks in the tanks but the alarm and power button keeps on flashing simultaneously.
