I made it it was amazing i modified some.things i put 160 g of dates instead of 200 g and i added to the syrup mix 2 table spoons of date syrup and 100 ml of cooking cream instead of 200 ml and it was outstanding
Don't you mean to test with a skewer and not a "screw"? Also the date pudding shown first and at the end where it is getting eaten is not the same as the one that was being made. Clearly one had been made in a round pan and the one you had shown us was made in a loaf pan. So two completely different bakes. Why was the end result shown already cut up into a container? We didn't get to see how it looked when it was cut.

Have you made the mixture all whilst the fire is still on? Or did you turn the stove off befor putting in the eggs? Xx
