😅 greetings from oakville Ontario thanks for the presentation my family has a cottage on an island retreat on lake of bays and the lifestyle is definitely different than being a landowner but I liked the 3 slip boathouse on lob u can't build these grand structures with living quarters above because of the grey water concerns

If you knew what you were talking about you would know that those hydraulic lifts have water based fluid because they’re in water.
Huge problem the hydrolic. Lift in the water disgusting lack of respect for the lake.
You can easily do a wheel lift and its hardly demanding
