(If anyone is wondering... AFURI is not in this video bacause the vegan option was a 4/10 salad water lol.)

Being a vegan you gave me hope🥰 Me wanna go to Tokyo and enjoy these yummy delicious ramen🤩
hey did you go yet? how was it? :)
thank you for share this restaurant, very help us, as a vegan 🙏🏻🙏🏻
I got so hungry watching this. It may be 40° in Australia right now but I could still eat a steaming bowl of authentic Japanese ramen. Loved the video so much!
The black sesame ramen from T’s tan tan is so fucking good! I’ve have it like 3 or 4 times from both the Tokyo station and ueno station
Im so pleasantly suprised to see that they do have options! Loved the video
Just above the Kyushu Jangara Ramen place is another vegan ramen restaurant called "Vegan Bistro Jangara". The place is exclusively vegan and has different ramen options. In my opinion they have the most delicious ramen in tokyo. The broth is incredibely flavourful!! It's not too easy to find, as you have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
So much love from India. Hope you make these videos everywhere you go. 🙏
Yo, any vegans going to Tokyo, you have to check out T's tantan. It's the bomb. The whole store is plant based so no awkward ordering. IMO it's the best ramen you'll find. Try the golden sesame ramen and get the pizza too. SO good. Vegan places like this need some love!
So glad to find you ... vegan in Japan. Just what I needed!
Nice video. Very informative and as a Ramen rookie, I learnt a lot (from you and from the vegan ramen dishes you ate). Thanks.
That coconut miso ramen at the end looked fantastic, well all the dishes look fabulous 😍
You make me wanna come back to Tokyo!!! ❤ In 2018 I travelled Japan and in Kyoto I had the best vegan Ramen ever 😍 In Tokyo I also tried an exceptional vegan Ramen, I'm not sure but it might be the one you gave an 8/10 - it looks very much like the one I had 😃
Looks like I need to make another trip to Tokyo. I would also highly recommend Cold Noodle restaurant, Tsurushiko - amazing, amazing ramen
NJDiscoverer92 just happy cowed it and it looks ANAZING!! Next time!
Holy shizzles. I can't tell you what a blessing this channel is!!!
Hey I had a really nice time watching this! Thank you for sharing, it’s inspiring to visit Tokyo.
Sadly the Shaka/Gotsubo place seems closed 😭Just watched this in preparation for my March/April Japan Trip and tried googling the places. Does anyone know if they have opened a new location somewhere? It just looked sooo yummy 🤤
I also really wanna know 😭😭
Love the channel and your happy ways! You are killing it!
Amazing narration and great video! So helpful 🙏🏼🌱💚
You got a new subscriber!👍🏼
T's Tan Tan's is the best bowl of ramen I've ever had!
So happy to see that there are more places that offers gluten free ramen, have only eaten the Soranoiro (in Tokyo station) gluten free ramen. Has Will got gluten intolerance (coeliac)? Would love to hear more about his experience of eating gluten free AND vegan in Japan.
gluten free?? why, do you have e celiac disease? if not, then why would you avoid the protein part of the grain that you need to remain healthy?
Totally had the same experience with the black sesame ramen! I was starving so much by the time I found it in Tokyo station. I asked four different people working in the restaurant areas and when I finally got to the restaurant I was so happy. So no, I wouldn't get the black sesame ramen again, it looks good in the photos but tasted really plain. Their rice and soy ice cream was amazing though. I thought it might have been because I'm not a fan of Japanese style vegan food, but it's nice to see there is a lot of variety with the ramen. Ain Soph is a Western/Japanese vegan restaurant that was mind blowing. Not a ramen place but I'd go back to Japan for their food again.
meagalaxy I went to ain soph in Kyoto and it was good fun! 😋
Just found your channel and omg I'm in love. Keep making more videos, love watching your food adventures. Love from India!
All look yummy. I will try few of those for sure when I go to Japan. thanks !
such an awesome video to find! I'm vegan and my GF has celiacs, so we couldn't have asked for a more perfect video. thank you!
So excited for my trip, so much food to try!
i visited Shinjukugyoen ramen ouka back in 2018 and it was genuinely one of my favorite bowls of ramen ive had. The broth was so flavorful it was kinda mindblowing and unique. I was sad to hear they closed :/
this makes me want to revisit tokyo. cant wait for this pandemic to be over 😔
Atleast you went once 😢

@@VeganV5912 I'm a vegan too but this is complete bull. Meat eaters have a '51 % death rate'? What? Half of everyone that eats meat just drops dead?
@@samcooke343 It's not complete bull
Im glad you do honest reviews ! I was in Tokyo as well and I tasted many bad ramens
Hello from San Diego, California. I'll be in Japan next April. Thank you so much for being a life saver. I'm allergic to shellfish and don't eat meat.💕Definitely trying your suggestions!
I really miss T's Tantan inside Tokyo train station. Mmm, that Tantanmen Ramen.
Idk why aren't you BIG on UA-cam yet! Your content and video quality is very good!
But hang in there you'll get there, I have a feeling..
If you ever come to the Philippines, you can get one of the best ramens at Wabi-Sabi. I recommend going to the Makati branch, they are more consistent with the taste versus their other branch.
For the first black sesame bowl they should have added ground white sesame or tahini to thicken the broth and then topped with a touch of fried garlic, garlic oil and not too much black sesame to give a rich flavourful bowl.
Stumbled upon this video while looking for vegan options here in Tokyo.
Sadly, as of May 2022, Ouka and Shaka are both closed permanently.
I'll try the other suggestions, thanks for this video!
come to Singapore or to Taiwan! So many delicious vegan/vegetarian food here ;)
This video deserve at least 5M views!!!
Wait so your telling me that first meal you ate was fully vegan
DAM SON!
🤣🤣🤣🤣ant colony died in my bowl 😂
*Liz:* was eh.

I've never been this excited. Great video, makes me want to go there immediately. Literally was clapping for the top 3 ramen noodles at the end of the video xD SUBSCRIBING right away :D
I want to go to the second one soooo badly!
Edit: actually all the places with gluten free options!
I loved the spot at harijuku the most. The coconut coriander was just like heaven to me. We went back twice actually. Kyushu was definitely my second place choice . Shaka was actually not my top 5. The other tops were in Kyoto actually.
I died laughing with the ant colony 🤣🤣🤣
A vegan watching from Sri Lanka
10:05 8.5/10 with spaghetti? That sounds so good. I wonder why they won't just make vegan noodles, it's not like it's any difficult to make those without egg-whites.
Any suggestions for best vegan place to eat sushi?
HAHA I Know Will was loving that Vegan TanTanmen with Brown Rice Noodle! ;D
T's Tantan don't use MSG and it shows 🥺 but I grew to love it there cause it was super easy for me to get to
Ts Tan Tan is bomb. It is hard to find at Tokyo Ststion though, lol
Ty excellent video.cheers🙏

Shaka Gotsubo seems closed! Any one got the location on Google Maps?
You know, this kind of video is not only good for vegans...but also for those whose looking for halal options food during vacation
The Spicy Vegan Ramen looks good too because of the spice.
u deserve more subs and attention
Why is there a swastika on the Chabuzen window sign?
should of went to afuri !
I actually did! 👍🏼 but tbh I thought it just kinda just tasted like a 4/10 salad water and didn’t put it in the video 🤪
Being an Indian, all dishes looks same according to me😁
What's that song at the starting
What is your recipe for soup broth?
Why the French music in the begining 😂😂💖💖💖
7:40 Indian curry!!
Go Vegan Go lifetime suber liker here
Looks like Shaka and Noodle Stand are both permanently closed.
Liz: eats ramen
Socks: still on
Liz: 😬
Love from india... 👌👌👌
It's pure veg
Right?
More than the ramen you're gorgeous 😄
The white sesame ramen at T's tan tan is much better. If you go again, you should get that one instead
My wife and I had the black sesame vs golden something white sesame ramen. The sesame is creamy rich with a great depth of flavour, while the black is spicy hot and satisfies that angle. Readers need to try both 🙂T's is awesome
Makes me hungry
I'm actually from India I need to buy instant Ramen pack...any best seller...can you suggest me
Shin Ramen is a Korean brand, but I've seen my Japanese boyfriend eat it quite often. It is vegetarian and you can find it easily on Amazon.
Shaka Gotsubo has closed down. :(
Mmmmm i love ramen
The 6 dislikes are from angry farmers who are mad vegan food is so delicious & taking away their customers🥰
Ant colony died in my bowl🤣🤣🤣
I envy you T.T but thanks for video♡
I love her face😊
So you need to pay more for begin a vegetarian in Japan ?
Wa vegan ramen is so expansive in Japan $15 per bowl ?
If I ever go to japan I think I’m gonna break my soy free diet for a day to overdose on soy lol I can’t have soy for health reasons but I think I can make an exception for ramen 🍜
Sad that so many of these are permanently closed now 😩
Holy shit I need to go to Japan
darkthrone pfp hell yeah
@@eleanorchoe1812 🤘🏾
Very energetic girl
please dont stop making these videos
Chambuzen is the best!!!!
Do they know keto ramen with no garlic, no onion and no toatoes?
If all the whole population in Japan are vegetarian people then those selling meat and fishes will close down ?
So sad SHAKA (GOTSUBO) is now permanently closed :(
Shaka is permanently closed 😢
Right before the pandemic!!!! I hope they are all going to survive the challenging economy right now. I want to try all of them!
Channel name really suits her personality (loud noodle).
You are quite discriminating when it comes to Ramen. I trust you.
