That's in the Impeachment Clause, not about some illegally appointed rouge prosecutor interfering in a presidential election. If what Sotomayor says is right, then Joe Biden should be prosecuted when he drops out
Impeachment is the only route to remove a president while in office. This ruling is for when they leave office, or if states try to use law fair to harass a sitting president.

In my opinion no president is above the law period. This needs to go, there is not a charge that I can think of that deserves immunity. He has lawyers at the white house to advise him on legality. What did he do in the line of duty that could call for immunity. If as a military man, my commanders could not give an order that was against the law and if he did, I didn't it have to follow it. Trump inciting an insurrection is in no way within the realm of official act.

It was an official act because he gave his speech in front of the White House with the American flag, displaying the presidential seal. Conversations he had via telephone in the White House, was him gathering information and discussing what his options would be before he could make a decision. Definitely all official.

The biggest questions the ruling invokes for me is who determines what is considered an "official act"? Is it the President who makes the claim or is that determination clearly defined in the Constitution? Why does it seem as if legacy media assumes everyone knows the answer to that question and have not defined what an "official act " actually is?

The election wasn't stolen. In 2020, Trump lost by 7M votes. He never reached the 270 EC votes. Biden went over the EC votes past 300. Nevada passed a law recently declaring that we should lower the 270 EC votes to 211. But, Trump doesn't have the amount of supporters he use to have. Jan. 6 caused many Republicans to leave their party and vote for Biden. Trump can't say that he won now because Biden had been in office for four years now. His election lies caused the J6 insurrection and now SCOTUS says we have a king. That means that Biden is our king. It's King Joseph R. Biden now. 😂😂😂
