im glad to see that piece of anodized aluminum. it's just a nice touch. There is no doubt that in a year or two, bare aluminum would be all oxidized and crappy-looking. Excellent attention to detail.

Having owned quite a few Liquid Logic boats in the past I feel their outfitting is becoming very dated. The knee rests are terrible (Jackson have a similar feel but they fixed the issue with their Bees Knees) unless you add a lot of foam to shape them, no step out pillar compromises safety when creeking (plus I've had the rear pillar pop out of its holder when swimming). Pity as the RMX and Hot Whip look like really nice boats. Dagger is miles ahead in terms of safety, comfort and being user friendly.

Great review! I think the seat pan is oversized and takes up too much storage space behind the butt. Every manufacturer needs to go with the dagger leg lifter or at least design their seat and seat cover to accept and secure shims to lift thighs/knees to engage the their thigh braces. Not everyone wants to F around customizing with spare foam and glue. Dumb. 🤦🏼‍♂️
