I got the chance to paddle it once and its was really good. I just love this boat and what makes it especially interessting compared to other halfslices like the Antix2.0, Rewind, Ripper2 and so on, is the price. You get a really good overall package of the balance between price and performance. For me its a dream, not only because I like the german quality which is also a huge point for me as a german😁☺️🇩🇪
Yeah there’s some things i would Have done different but overall the outfitting feels solid and works and really like the over look of the design just tell those Germans to drop that stupid drain plug
@@WadeHarrison Yeah the Drainage plug shocked me too when I saw it first.😂 But I may can speak to them next spring when I'm at there usedboatmarket. Maybe they change it.
I love the look of this boat. Havent paddled one yet but it looks like my kind of half slice. Not quite as comical looking as a Steeze and more capable looking than a Rewind.
OK.... Was Tryin to move the seat and the bolts are horrible.... But I got it figured out.. Get the bolts in place on both sides then tip the boat on its side and they thread in very easily.... I have the machette 85...hope this helps guys and gals👍
Very interesting hull design, mix of plainning front back with displacement center, the back looks like the stability will be from it, great for that manky run, what is the MRSP and who sales them. Deck is very cool, like shark gills.
Been really hoping for more information on these! The Eggstream guys have been paddling them for a long time now and outside of them I never see any content, especially over here in Idaho! Looking forward to the on-water review
@@sethholloway5610 no shit!? I thought they barely made an appearance at all in the US, to hear there's one next door is amazing! Would never have guessed. Cheers
Will have a on water review up soon and yes there are some available in the USA as of today as Seth commented so might start seeing more Machete content now
Hey Wade! Did you ever review your Lettmann paddle? If so, I will find the vid. I've paddle the AT ATX for years. Ever paddle one and if so can you compare the ATX vs. Lettmann? Thanks!
Good question well Lettman put optimal paddler weight in it logo so like 65 is actually 65kg is optimal weight so 143.3lbs And 85 is 85kg means 187.3lbs optimal paddler weight
Hey thanks I have been around the manufacturing and designing side for awhile so when I have 100k laying around will see can get something in the works
Thanks for helping Danny and I load these bad boys up. Great video as always.
Yeah buddy good meeting up!
These boats are awesome ! Has the river running feel of the steeze but slices better than the ripper.
Interesting comparison almost exactly what I said I’m my on water review after padding this weekend

Dude, i like how they did the drain plug!
😂 don’t you dare play like that 😡

Agree i really like the styling on this one also
I’m looking Forward to your on water review 👌
Should have something up soon
been looking forward to this one!
Yup very interesting it’s seriously our equivalent of getting euro rally sports cars 🤣

Thanks for the feedback it’s definitely not the best set ip I’m my opinion to move a seat
Can’t wait for the Dragorossi Kush review
I have seen them would be nice to get some of those over this side of the pond also

Yeah seems to be a nice mix
I always appreciate your reviews!
Thanks buddy

@@FORTRANWW Sho nuff! Only 35 in the US and 5 are hanging out in your neck of the woods.

Looks like fun just sitting there.
But, too many holes in the hull for my liking. And that drain position. That's a definite no bueno.
I know right so sexy just like it is then it’s like woo wtf 😳

@@WadeHarrison Most excellent thanks!
@@WadeHarrison Most excellent thanks!
Yup
So what exactly to 65 and 85 refer to if not volume?
Good question well
Lettman put optimal paddler weight in it logo so like 65 is actually 65kg is optimal weight so 143.3lbs
And 85 is 85kg means 187.3lbs optimal paddler weight
Hey wade, is this the 44 flexi seat?
It has the regular creek outfitting
Hey Wrong, it has creek outfitting with the Flexi seat. Good eye!
@@sethholloway5610 thanks
It looks a lot like the LL Mullet from the top.
I can see that I paddled the mullet some I liked it
Typical Lettmann, brilliant hulls and average outfitting, if it had Dagger or Wavesport setup I'd order one in a flash.
Seems like you have some Lettmann experience?
Only sat in them, I just like their design philosophy. I could never justify buying a new Lettman then rebuilding the outfitting like friends have.
Wade, you know your shit so you should really design your own boat
Hey thanks I have been around the manufacturing and designing side for awhile so when I have 100k laying around will see can get something in the works
Seems like an automatic GoFundMe right there. Or maybe a joint project with Corran?
