Kizaru took him out later in the fight (lazor beam to the back) while reading this week to week Marco was the most disappointing character, he really didn't do anything the entire time. He's supposed to protect whitebeard but lets him get stabbed by an ally, his haki wasn't strong enough to cut akainu, even with 13 comanders and crocodile he could beat one guy.

Smiley currently has one of the worst devil fruits. Apparently his Axolotl fruit is based on a creature that is naturally a water dweller, and has to mutate to become land-based. Being a ball of gas was probably the only thing that kept him going.
I think a fruit with a golem could actually be a thing but a paramecia and not a zoan. Basically it would allow the user to make almost anything into a golem that follows their commands maybe even water that would be really op though.

There's a popular theory that there has been a third mythical zoan shown, but not yet confirmed. It's Lafittes fruit, there was a scene once shown where Lafitte had wings, and he managed to sneak into the shichibukai meeting in Marejois (however you spell it), and no one saw him until he made his presence known himself, and I saw a scene from the manga, I don't remember this from the anime though, wjere he said that he hypnotized the guards to let him in, so people are speculating his fruit could be a siren, I guess it would be the bird bird fruit, model: siren.
In some tales sirens are mermaids and in other tales they are half bird half human so they do indeed fly. Also I like this theory a lot. I really hope this turns out to be real

Luka I don’t think Big Mom and Doflamingo count because Big Mom’s flight ability is really more of a special application of her powers in a certain way. And Doflamingo can’t fly, he’s just hanging and swinging around from clouds, which float in the air. His ‘flight’ is basically Spider-Man’s Swinging. Also Big Mom is riding something she created with her devil fruit. I think that Luffy would be the closest to actual flight besides for the actual devil fruits that do grant flight. Luffy is much more flighty than Big Mom because he literally does fly with his devil fruit while Big Mom rides with her devil fruit.

It's possible Shanks' sword has it. Oda said in the latest SBS that Shanks' sword is called Griffin. Who knows why he called it that, but it's possible.
This is kinda unrelated but I recently stumbled across this channel and it’s so relaxing to watch? It’s cool hearing about people’s thoughts on what’s going on in one piece and I would usually look for different opinions through twitter but twitter is so toxic in the way that almost every comment has something negative to say while trying to get their point across but this guy seems really open to different ideas and the way he speaks is quite genuine so it’s fun to watch!
Carter Glenn while incubus is the male variation/species of the same species as the succubus, that doesn't necessarily mean the fruit's transformation would switch to match the sex and/or gender of the eater. Some fiction actually has succubi and incubi as literally separate species, for instance, despite being related. In those cases the individual sex of each is a defining trait. Such as in Pathfinder where succubi are solely female and associated with seduction and manipulation whereas incubi are solely male and associated with seduction, yes, but a more direct and forceful kind. Anyways, Oda could make the hypothetical fruit and it's transformation in a number of ways. Rather pointless to argue over semantics when we've seen so few mythical zoans.

We've been theorizing for years now about a Storm fruit for Dragon, nothing new or interesting here. Just a basic devil fruit idea. Now assuming Oda wants to wow us but still connect the dots with Dragon: a Bird Bird Devil Fruit Model Thunderbird. The rarest devil fruit type, and with added abilities like natural bird flight and the Thunderbird ability to bring storms where ever they go. That would be cooler and surprising to me.

That would be overpowered because its so big it encircles the planet! although the only place it could live is on the red line since its weak to the oceans. but I wouldn't mind having that ability especially if I can master the hybrid forms :)

How many mythicals: Two, maybe three. If Kaido were to have Oni-Oni Fruit, that would be one of them. If we get more, one of them is probably going to be a griffin or maybe tengu or nekomata as those two are pretty much staples in Japanese popular culture at this point.

Luka I don’t think Big Mom and Doflamingo count because Big Mom’s flight ability is really more of a special application of her powers in a certain way. And Doflamingo can’t fly, he’s just hanging and swinging around from clouds, which float in the air. His ‘flight’ is basically Spider-Man’s Swinging. Also Big Mom is riding something she created with her devil fruit. I think that Luffy would be the closest to actual flight besides for the actual devil fruits that do grant flight. Luffy is much more flighty than Big Mom because he literally does fly with his devil fruit while Big Mom rides with her devil fruit.

How many mythicals: Two, maybe three. If Kaido were to have Oni-Oni Fruit, that would be one of them. If we get more, one of them is probably going to be a griffin or maybe tengu or nekomata as those two are pretty much staples in Japanese popular culture at this point.
Momonoske's mythical Zoan was made by VegaPunk and was the example by which Ceaser learned how to create and produce artificial devil fruits.

I want something that controls plants. A forest nymph or something. Let THAT be green bull, a straight up forest nymph.
TheYasdonaught I feel that the Mythological Green Man would fit, often relative to gods of natural vegitation. He'd be a freaking PLANT MAN. Imagine not just being able to control a forest, but be able to grow one from his entire body!
Hydra Hydra Fruit might be pretty cool.
Maybe you'd gain multiple heads, or be able to regenerate lost limbs and even major organs, although I guess regen would be a bit redundant with Marco's fruit.
