3. Stegosaur could've been awesome. This is the 1st time that a character's list of potential fruits goes against my Blackbeard theory of Devil Fruit consumption. That is that he discovered a way for people to eat 15 Devil fruits ( *1 Ancient Zoan, 2 Mythical (there's more mythical creatures in the world than known extinct animals),* 3 Logia, 4 Standard Zoan & 5 Paramecia) & not die.

6. She could still have eaten it over the time skip. She did join the Kuja Pirates.
7. Ero Ero Fruit would've probably been used by Hancock.
@@insanemakaioshin to be honest, even if Marguerite ate the DF before the timeskip, Hancock could probably find some sort of excuse as to how they're different. Maybe she would only learn how to turn into a hybrid instead of a full version, or her realizing that would become part of the reason she was turned to stone.
Fun fact: particulate substances like flour are highly explosive when suspended in the air, Katakuri would have been able to spread flour throughout the air and ignite it with more explosive power than gunpowder.

Flour fight could have been really fun. It could have start as powder with the fight starting like Crocodile but with the explosions. He can fight like he does now as dough if someone tried to counter him with something wet. It’d be funny if he had abilities like Cracker’s if Oven was close by after he became doughy
Though it does need the right mixture air and flour density. Normally in open air the flour disperses or settles too quickly, but if you can control the flour flow. Also Katakuri displayed the ability to heat his Mochi for an explosive punch so in theory he could do the same with a flour power.

Katakuri would use his Flour Powers to become Oobleck. The stronger you hit him, the less damage you do to him. But if you hit to weak, his body just flows around your fist (which could get stuck then, giving him the opportunity to hit you very hard in return)

The Fruit Fruit fruit could have been a stronger version of Robins Flower Flower fruit. The fruit on fruit trees start of as flowers after all and turn into fruits later. The Fruit Fruit fruit then could generate little clones of the user to aid in combat.

The Ero Ero no Mi might've worked similarly to Larcade's ability in Fairy Tail, where he made people so aroused that they became basically completely imobilized.(He was also able to make people hungry, which was considerably more dangerous as it almost made everyone turn either a Zeff or a Big Mom, but that's besides the point)
Imagine every DF user having the gum-gum fruit instead. I don't think that would have worked nearly as well as having a variety of fruits. I think the fruit in itself is too flat, ofc Luffy has been very creative with it and made the most of it.
However, if it was always meant to be the nika-nika no mi that might have worked though, which would perhaps be more similar to magic powers.
Because of its unlimited potential I could see users wielding the fruit in very unique ways, creating their own style, preserving the individuality and ambiguity we currenty have with an array of different abilities.

Okay, but honestly, the idea of a Flower devil fruit just sounds like it would be a direct upgrade from Smoker's devil fruit. You could constantly make cloud of flour to blind and damage your openings every and have probably all the same powers as smoker

Flour could have been used to make massive explosions and would have been a hard counter any of Luffy's flame attacks. Just think about a solid red hawk that explodes in Luffy's face when he makes contact.

A flour devil fruit sounds terrifying. It can be used on its own to act like Crocodile's. If it can morph into flour-based products, we would also have all the mochi abilities and more. We should also not forget that flour in the air in an amazing explosive.
So we not gonna talk about the Toki Toki no Mi which was so broken, it wrote itself out of the story. My theory is that the new user ate it, didn't know what it did, and jumped so far into time that the universe was already gone so they instantly died. So yeah, we're not going to see that fruit again.
Or when she died it went to the time that it should have been for toki
@Dancing Cricket interesting theory, but as far as we know, devil fruits use their own powers to do things. Perhaps it "reincarnated" into a fruit in the past where it was originally from. That seems more likely.

If the fruit would always go back 800 years then at some point everyone 800 years ago would have the ability to jump through time since everyone would have a chance to eat the same fruit. Its paradoxical. And even if the fruit would go back to the time where the current user left their time-line, after a couple users it would end up in the present eitherway. So the fruit does exist in the present no matter what.

I created my own OP devil fruit. A paramedic type called the Masatsu-Masatsu no Mi (Friction-Friction Fruit), which has the simple function of increasing or reducing one’s own friction, the friction of others and their environment. For the latter two it requires the user to make contact, but the first one makes it really busted because if you reduce your own friction any contact from others would just slip off, and increasing the friction causes whatever makes contact to ignite from the intense heat generated from both source’s collision and grinding against one another. Making it that one can pretty much save themselves from getting hit. I do wonder that if one increases the friction underneath their feet would that make a layer between them and a surface allowing them to walk on water? Walking up walls and ceilings I can see, but I still wonder. And can you imagine an awakening of this ability?! Holy crap! The only thing I really see able to beat such a power would be utilizing Conquerer’s Haki.
Not as OP as the one Oda had to ban, but still, holy crap, what a scary devil fruit idea, huh? I know it sounds unimpressive with how simple it works at first, but if you’ve seen how altering one’s friction works in a fight from other works of fiction, you would understand how tough overcoming such an ability would be, especially if you’re Luffy, who always aims to punch the crap out of things to win.
One half of that power exists in canon - Alvida's Sube Sube no mi (Slip Slip fruit).
That's nothing compared to the joke fruit I made that ironically became to powerful. The Kuso kuso no mi, or the poo poo fruit. Which allows the user to create and manipulate, you guessed it, fecal matter. Gross, yes, but surprisingly versatile as well. Like no joke

I feel like a flour flour fruit would basically be crocodiles sand abilites with the bonus ability to explode as well as turning into a thick gooey material when hit with water making it a bit stronger for slowing and hamering his opposition.
Actually there's one other thing sure you have a sand storm that can technically do the same thing but easier to filter but the flour would also be easier to surround people where they inhale it causing lacerations to the lungs and suffocation similar to volcanic ash, where sand you can pretty much through a piece of cloth over your mouth, you would been a full respirator with flour and it would clog quick.
If the ero ero no mi ever got introduced I’d personally give it to that S&M chick from impel down who loved the sound of screams, she was REALLY into her job and I could see that fruit being a nightmare to deal with as the victim.

With this fruit, the user has easy access to food to feed themselves and others just by transforming any object into food. The user does not even need to cook the food. The user can also turn an object into food in order to make it less dangerous or otherwise more useful.
However, while the food created by the user can provide nourishment, it apparently does not taste good, as Big Mom remarked, though that could just stem from Big Mom's very demanding palate.Other than that, the user is still affected by the standard Devil Fruit weakness.

Flour could be very strong for 2 reasons. Its somewhere in between the Sand Fruit and the Smoke Fruit when it comes to Material. There is no need for extras to make that work already. The second thing is a little thing called dust explosions. Doesnt take a genius to see how that could be used in combat.

Flour-flour fruit alone can be used like the sand-sand fruit. Mochi-mochi is much more OP because flour-flour fruit would be weak against any kind of liquid that can make flour harden.
Tbh, I had a fruit concept about a fanmade character I randomly thought up a few months ago. The Fruit was a model of the Toki Toki no mi, but is called a different fruit entirely, called the Jika Jika no Mi. The concept fruit had all the properties of two DF types, that being Zoan and Logia type. It had a lot of possibilities for utility and stuff, since everything time related was slapped onto this fruit as an ability. But as you can probably realize, it became WAY too broken since I kept thinking up ways to use this fruit. But who asked? No one did, I just put this here for everyone to see.

Imagine a logia (or paramecia) devil fruit called the mizu-mizu no mi which allows the user to control and become water at will. This is op bc it allows you to nullify all devil fruit users, drown people and let you move sea water out of the way so you don’t touch it
Or it becomes like when you eat mizu mizu no mi it will have the same effect as sea water to the user and the user will have to live as a weak human.
Writers like Kishimoto and Kubo would have done the opposite.

This is a fairly weak power, and for a long time Fleur had no use for it besides baking purposes, for which it is very useful. It also ensures that she'll never go hungry on long voyages, though she does not eat from it on a regular basis because it will spoil her figure. However, it does have a few combat advantages. The thick white clouds are good for creating evasive cover, and quick escapes. Surprisingly, fine flammable powder like flour when suspended in the air becomes incredibly explosive, so it's actually not hard for Fleur to create blasts in midair, though she must be careful not to be caught in the blast too. But probably the most useful power that the flour offers for her is that Hayward's oil is completely nullified by the flour clumping it together, allowing Fleur to take a few more liberties with her choleric boss than most. In addition, though it does not grant the immunity to water that Hayward's fruit does, she can turn a lot of water into dough quickly, so if the water she's falling into is limited (ie, not the ocean, but maybe a large tub) she has greater protection against it.

My friends and I played an unofficial D6D 3.5 pro for One Piece RPG and we and the book say their is no Ero Ero no Mi. The book said it is not in the theme of the game. My Group on the otherhand had two ideas how the fruit works: 1) It change the chance of harem troops to appear (see Domino from the X-Men, but more narrow) or 2) you can change the attraction of people to each other, like Eros from greek mythologie (Amor in roman).

I'd love to see Nami fight someone who ate the Humid Humid Fruit so that they could manipulate and nullify all of Nami's attacks, forcing her to rely on her bo staff skills that have rusted ad she had become too reliant on the climatact's weather manipulation powers. Same thing with Robin, fighting a triple jointed enemy as her submissions would be rendered useless. Perhaps a backstory of her training with the revolutionaries and explaining how she came to create her giant legs attack. (Also an excuse to see her and Koala in fighting gi's)
A fruit I'm still waiting to make it's canon debut, a fruit that was apparently used in a one piece play. The Kopi Kopi no mi, or the Copy Copy fruit. Obviously it would allow you to copy the fruit of someone else.

Terrible Head-Cannon Volume 55 (from the anime only): Mihawk is Imu's child or animated object based off his sword appearance and detailing inside the castle. The Ancient Weapon is in Marejois, is the castle Pangaea (the top being the focused firing point), and the throne chair is what activates it. It oddly looks like similar to the "map" route we saw for the grand line. Mihawk's Hitsugibune, sword, and castle have similar styling/architecture to Pangaea (right before Im visits the giant straw hat, there is a cross etched in the wall shown beforehand).
Ways to fight with a Flour Fruit
1) Abrasion. Flour is a substance that is obtained by grinding grain kernels. You can control the coarseness of the finished flour and while it is not as hard as say, sand, it can be effective as a physical grinder itself like Crocodiles Sables, just with a bit less power.
2) Weight and density. Flour is a substance that can pack together densely, and it does so easily. So dense that you can walk on a pile of it without sinking. So if a mass of flour were to fall on you, it would bury you and be packing tightly enough that digging out would be near impossible because of the weight and pressure preventing you from getting any leverage. Or you turn yourself into a rolling mass like a giant bolder.
3) Suffocation. Flour dust clouds are dangerous because you can breath it in and it will coat your lungs and prevent the inhalation of oxygen
4) Dough... this is an iffy suggestion as dough is a mixture of flour and water, but that is also what mochi is. So I am imagining that a user of the Flour Flour fruit would see rain or anything similar as a benefit as it allows them a second form for battle.
5) Already mentioned by others, but flour, like any particulate, can explode under the right conditions.

My head canon for the Fruit Fruit Fruit is that its a paramecia that allows the user to manipulate fruit growth and potentially create devil fruits directly
Hear me out there should've been a mizu mizu no mi. Where you are kind of like a liquid, you can be boiled and frozen into solids and gases at the same point water would. As liquid you can split apart and join back up, as gas you can well control parts of your body that are invisible-ish, but dont do much damage. As solid well you're basically a normal human but harder. Almost forgot to mention:as solid you rent bulletproof or knife proof, same with liquid but not gas as gas you can be attacked by not by guns or knives, you would flow around the weapons
*MIZU MIZU NO MI* would be an overpowered devil fruit, especially in it's awakened form.

I think the closest point we may get to an ero ero no mi user would be Oda himself. In one SBS, a fan was teasing Oda that he ate the Perv Perv fruit and that's why Nami and Robin are drawn with lots of sex appeal most of the time.

In Fairy Tail, there was a good indication on how the Ero Ero No mi. Honestly I think the the flour flour fruit likely would be overpowered. Not only could it potentially be crocodile fruit, but the flour would also be able to create a dust initiation bomb, to basically he would have in a way have the power potential of the bomb bomb, sand sand, smoke smoke, fruits which could also be used more efficiently than the poison poison fruit too by having breathed in which would cause suffocation and micro laceration in the lunch similar to volcanic ash.
You can use flour to make oobleck, a non Newtonian fluid I imagine in the hands of someone like Katakuri, that power could essentially allow the user to change their own density on the fly.

The flour flour fruit could have been so very broken. Flour is extremely effective at creating dust explosion's, with a small spark. He'd essentially have the logia equivalent of explosions on demand. Mix making explosions with his future sight and how the hell would Luffy ever get to him, any path or punch he'd want to do would be seen from future site and countered with a massive explosion.

The fruit fruit fruit was most likely scrapped due to the nature of the devil fruits in the first place. If one has the power to conjure and/or manipulate fruit and taking into consideration the power creep of devil fruit powers such as discovering new and interesting ways to use said power. It stands to reason the creator wanted to eliminate the possibility of one devil fruit creating an infinite number of other devil fruits.
