I think if all African countries start with making Rules to govern the cleanness of their country that would be one step developing the Economy
Weeding out corruption from outside influences needs to happen first in order to see real change in Africa. The big money influences from the west cause Africa to remain backwards so they can steal natural resources - divide and [not conquer] steal.

I am very proud of how Rwanda looks, and stairs it keeps go through. But beyond that as a Rwandan i am asking my self what is my contribution to this great step and advancement? If is there what can I do or what should I do to keep my country going further as possible? this is the first and fore most duty and hope that all Rwandan Citizens are also interested.
