- Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has been battling a crack cocaine scandal for weeks, but he still had a spring in his step on the floor of Toronto City Hall where he was filmed in a council session on Tuesday dancing to Bob Marley's "One Love".
It's a change from the recent tense atmosphere there after the mayor admitted to smoking crack while in office.
Ford has rebuffed intense pressure to resign over his admitted crack use and revelations of other erratic behaviour.
The Toronto City Council has reduced his mayoral powers in an attempt to sideline him but the conservative mayor has vowed to seek re-election next year.

Where this idea comes from is from Rob learning that a council down in Texas did a dance session one day a week for everyone to be co workers and blow of steam from differing opinions. As we all may have different opinions, but were all people.
