    My trainer guided me the opposite told me to do the bilateral exercise only so that both muscles are active at the same time. Even Gym beginner like me could think at that time that doing the bilateral exercises will not be good as I could feel it that only my 1 arm was picking all the weight rather than the equal distribution. Thanks for the proper guidance.

    i was following a 5x5 but that program was great but one prob is squat is too much and i was able to surpass but i wanna do bench and ohp twice a week instead of 1st week bench twice and ohp once,i was planning to do chest tri,back bi ceps,shoulder,leg,rest,and then saturday bench,ohp and squat and repeat while changing exercise order next week a bit,bcs i wanna maximise bodyweight workout too like weighted dips on chest,pullps on back days and pistol squat,volume won't be too high, it will be followed by high weight low rep,,i need a 4 day strenth wrkout,,anyone here suggest me a good strength workout routine for 5 days a week,my bench is 65kg,90kg squat and 90kg deadlift and 45 ohp,my goal is 105kg bench,,120 squat, and 120 or more deadlift and 60 kg ohp ,i want to increase as fast as possible and after that i wanna start shredding.Thanks,strength is my primary goal.

      Most of the tricep exercises contains Dumbells rather than barbells,so there should be no confusion with this.

    One thing you missed bro, left is weaker then fine I am starting with the left side first say hammer curls. So am I gonna do more reps for the left at the end? and should I lift a tiny heavier dumbbell with my left too? cheers !

    I have this issue with Barbell chest press.. In 2nd or 3rd set. My Right arm gets stiff, difficult for me to lift the weight. Only in chest press I feel this problem.. So it means my Right shoulder is weak or any other muscle

    My name is jatin , age 26 i started gyring 4 years back , at that time my biceps size is 11, at present biceps (14.5 with pump ) , chest 39 , i want to increase by biceps size to 16 inch BUT problem is my body start making kidney stone and acc to doctors knowledge i should stop taking protein BUT i can stop for few month BUT not for lifetime PLEASE SIR PLEASE i don’t want QUIT.

    Hi sir jaisa ki hum usual workouts me karte hain we increase the weights every set so Get ripped fitness model plan mai bhi kya we have to do the same thing like we need to add more weights after every set ...i checked all the videos but you have mentioned that lift according to your weight like for example if i do the first set with 25lbs so should i go to 40lbs in the next set and so on or should i just do stick to 25lbs for all the four sets...i hope you got my question..big fan of yours!

    after exercise my left arm muscle is looking big and its still hard than right one... right one ka muscle pump.hone k baad normal ho jata h but left wala looking more big..... and left me muscle interaction accha hota h right vali se.. can anyone please please help me to fix this out.
