You guys can definitely eat anything as long as you’re careful. Also depends on how your braces is, I had braces and I ate everything they told me not to and my teeth and my smile ended being beautiful.

Frozen grapes are the best thoooo, tbh theyre not THAT crunchy and you can put them in for about 3 hours and they have a harder consistency on the outside, and an icy, but soft consistency on the inside. It’s delicious

Pro tip: you can eat jolly ranchers and other suckers, just don't bite down on them
Also pro tip: you can eat almost anything with braces if your careful just not gum it is most likely to get stuck behide your brackets.
