The only thing you have to do is get to get your lip ring out of your braces it comes off easy just screw unscrew the little Bob that’s how you take it out so when it’s dark in your braces you unscrew the little ball pull it out and bam then just put it back in if you want it back in stock on the little bulb pulled out I guess
I had braces at 13. I had them for 2.5 years with headgear that I only wore at night. Woke up one Sunday with my tooth gear bracket half in/ half out! I went to my dads toolbox and used needle nose pliers to remove it. I had to do something! I was in PAIN! Monday my orthodontist was PISSED! 😤 I was VERY CAREFUL. My mom chased me saying “Julie, No!” I locked the door and fixed it.🤷🏼♀️ note: Always floss and my whole family just discovered that mouthwash! My son has dragons breath and NOTHING WORKS. TheraBreath COMPLETELY fixed this issue.
Ohhh my god this reminded me, so I've had my braces for like 7 years for real, I'm 15 now getting them off next month. It was around last year I got my braces off for a break, then like a month later they put them back on all that, when I got home my gums started to like swell up because one of the braces was like on it so it started to irritate it, and my gums swelled up around it and holy crap my mouth hurt so much. And also one time I went up like 3 wire sizes in one appointment, I didn't eat anything for like 2 days because it hurt so much even hardly touching my teeth together. Another time was when I got my palette expander I didn't eat anything for a day because yet again it hurt so much. So yeah I've gotten a lot of mouth pain, of course I've had other times but these are the ones that had the most pain.
I match my braces colors to my hair :) I dye my hair a new color every few months and I always manage to get an ortho appointment around the same time. So far I've had light pink, dark pink, green, and purple
That's super cool, but I hope you get a hair treatment! Because dying your hair that much can make it fall out and be very brittle.... I learned from experience... but I haven't stopped dying my hair I just don't dye it as much as I used to.
