Hey, I’ve never body swapped a Mercedes I’ve body swapped roughly 30 cars, by far the easiest way to do this is in three pieces, I’ve never cut the a pillar( on doner body) this sets the whole car, including the dash, 1st doors and front guards often you’ll Need top guard mounts from original car now line up radiator surport, then al that’s left is boot roof and rear guards leave 4 inches of roof attached to the a pillars, now you can deal to a piller once frame rails are welded in , I don’t touch the wiring loam dash, steering wheel carpet nothing, roll the carpet into the centre cover it it fire proofing, now it’s lunchtime go have lunch,
