- It is CRUCIAL to perform a few jump rope cool down stretches after your workout to keep your muscles from getting tight, hindering your performance in the next workout, and help prevent injury as much as possible! In this video I'm sharing 8 awesome stretches that I recommend you hit every time you finish up a jump rope workout. Before you perform the stretch routine I would first go for a walk, hop on a bike or rower, or do some type of slow movement to promote continuous blood flow after your workout to help your body flush waste product from your muscles.

I always got injury from jumping ropes, so I had to drop this exercise from life. I really wish that I would find this video earlier. Please do a warm up exercise before jumping ropes, and I would really appreciate it!
