I’m training for my helicopter pilot licence & I can tell you that is absolutely nuts.. that is one super skilled pilot

To an outsider, someone who doesn't know how helicopters fly or how to fly them, tihs might not seem impressive, but this is seriously jaw dropping. And dangerous too, glad the pilot knew what he was doing, what a chad.
Crazy G-loading on that helicopter. Almost makes your head spin.
not really he holds it to around 1g almost all that time thats trick here it almost never goes over 1g and almost never sits at 0g or - g very long

Airframes is the least of the problems my guy, the engine is what would be the main issue to be able to handle the stress. But it being twin engine and incredibly light makes this possible.
Both the pilot and copter is amasing, it`s a Bolkov BO-105, special made for low flying and heavy Gforces

Great video! Thanks! I love the flip-roll combinations of all kinds! It must be something to sit as the pilot in this machine and to keep up with the orientation where is up and down. I am happy that I am standing with my feet on the ground when I do this kind of stuff (much worst and less spectacular) with my RC helicopters!

The airplane was doing the rolls behind the helicopter.
Hundreds of practice runs. The heli has to fly straight and the jet pilot just needs to keep a constant pitch speed and bank angle. Still though it takes a lot of skill. Amazing pilots

I had seen 3D flying RC Collective Pitch helis. But, woah do they do it with full size helicopters!?
Not exactly, not many helos which can do this. No negative collective going on, just a rigid rotor head, plenty of speed and altitude and last but not least, big balls.
@@airmetalmedia I think, this heli have negative collective. It was heavily modified for acrobacy. There are only two helicopters (both in Flying Bulls team) on world, witch can perform this maneuvers.

I worked right next to Hughes Helicopter’s airfield in Culver City on Jefferson Blvd about thirty five years ago. Every so often test pilots would perform amazing aerobatics with small civilian helicopters, MH6 Little Birds, 500’s, and the real treat; the AH64 Apache. Six lanes of traffic pulled over to watch and we had free front row seats. Owner/boss of the welding shop didn’t mind us taking time to watch.
