I am surprised that Jack has managed to go 15 years with basically no controversy. Pretty much most of the popular UA-camrs from back in the day that he collaborated with are gone.

I mean it's true if you don't count that whole thing with Pewdiepie as actual controversy (I know it was a gag, but some managed to take it seriously to the point where it started to be perceived as a genuine fight)

but honestly though, all jokes aside, he's not replaceable in the slightest! he doesn't just "read comments," he provides excellent commentary that those submissions couldn't be as funny as they are without! i know we love to be mean to him but he's doing amazing and i hope he keeps making videos for much longer :)

He's definitely not overworking himself. He gets his discord mods to pick the answers and hired the uniballer as an editor and he has other editors now. He's doing 1/3 of the work he used to do when he had a constant upload schedule, all he does is film.

time for an unnecessary but genuine comment: all of your content, but yiay in particular, has been a very big source of comfort for me over the past few (very difficult) years. i think yours might be the only community that i've never experienced any drama within, and honestly you've been pretty much the only constant in my life. that's not to say you haven't grown and changed- but in terms of you being a hugely positive influence on me, that's been the same since day one. you make a lot of people very, very happy.

Jack I wanted to thank you. Im an english teacher and copied the idea of YIAY to encourage the little kids to speak english, everyday I ask them things like "what wild animal would you tame and why?" and they have the whole day to come up with an answer.
