Some guys would've just fallen, to help draw that penalty. Marchy worked right through it, removing the stick and the blocker away from Jordy Binny. Then the referee stopped the play because the goalie was missing a mitten. Unbelievable when you consider they never stopped play when Rask's skate blade fell off, and the opponent scored. (Not supposed to stop play for either one, but they did for Binnington. Favoritism perhaps? Nah.)
That sneaky elbow by blues goalie at 7:00 is dirty, Backes was being held down by another Blues player too thats why he couldn’t get up faster. Hope next game Krup would elbow this hothead back the same way. Pretty sure he won’t like it as much.
