I think you should do a MLM series where you analize ingriendients of products. There are a lot of videos talking about how shady MLMs are, but not many videos focusing on what's actually in the products . That would be so much fun, please do it

They are essentially the customers who constantly have to buy the products bc most of the time it’s required of them. 99% of recruiters lose money in MLMs bc they fail at recruiting people which is the main goal of MLM. This is why I love the Inkey List products because they are so affordable and only use ingredients that are going to be effective and they keep their packaging low cost.

@@jonaeflure the class action lawsuits is enough to put me off. Never mind the fact that the company set up is just vile anyway. The FTC even states very clearly that 99.6% of people who join an MLM make no money or lose money, of course this is backed up by the income disclosure statement. But I base what I buy from the inci list in most cases and I actively avoid so many essential oils and fragranced products. Whilst no one is forced to become a seller, you're right, but people are lured into it because what the reps sell is the lifestyle. Take a look at Emily Leah, Kiki Chanel, kimbryleigha, Deanna mims, Emily fine, and so many others. They base their channels and videos on facts, most facts either provided by the company themselves or the FTC

I like one of their shampoos (not sure if there are multiple) either way with a dime size (a bit more) amount I get so much lather! When I tell you I have a whole lot of hair on my head, especially curly hair, I really need that lather which the shampoo gives me. The bottle has lasted me for a long time and it leaves my hair feeling clean. The only con I found is that you have to use it as a second wash because using it as a first you won’t get that lather.
So far I haven’t seen anything bad happen to my hair? Then again my hair has always been half of defined curls and undefined curls. 🤣

I also love their hair care. Been using for almost a year. Started using it only because my daughter wanted to try this MLM while at home with first baby. She ensures to order for me during certain promotions, so that the price I pay is actually quite reasonable. I like the formula of the shampoo (apple cider vinegar one) and the fact my hair looks clean and healthy for 4 days. I love the lack of thick lather, and can feel how happy my scalp has become. I use less of this shampoo and do it less often, so works out economically for me. :) 4 months ago there was a deep discount skin care promo, and my daughter got me the vitamin c serum, the rejuvanique (bet I spelled that wrong) oil (smells amazing), moisturizer, cleanser and night serum....my gosh.....what a difference having a skin care routine makes. :) My skin tone has improved, smooth and hydrated and more youthful. The only drawback for me is the price. I doubt I could afford this product without discounts or promos. :)

It doesn't irritate my skin AT ALL and I see a difference right away and don't like any other "cheaper" clean cleansers becasue they just don't match up. And one bottle/tube lasted me 13 months, without going bad. The berry scrub/mask and rejuv. oil is incredible as well. I hope this helps! If you haven't used the products yourself than don't judge as harshly:) I also don't sell, just love a couple holy grails for me!

My bff sold this. She did VERY well. She did alot of research into it 1st. She always said the ingredients checked out and everyone i knew that used the products had good results. They are the ones that made Proactive. That stuff did WONDERS for my skin back in the day!!! My bff left because they started some scammy practices and she noped out after a few years. But, she still says the products r good & i know i had great results with Proactive. She just didn't agree with the constant upselling and other scammy sales stuff they did. Would like to hear Kennas review of their ingredients .😊

@Dr DIY I've been I consultant with Virginia fields for 3 years on and off. I don't know what scanning or up selling are talking about. That would probably be a reflection on her team not the company as a whole. But yes the products are amazing and they use large amounts of the effective ingredients. They are dermatologists that made Peoactiv and work in San Francisco and have an active practice still. There's a 4 month waiting list to get in to see them. They sold proactive probably 15 years ago and it's still the number one acne brand in the world. Everything they make works.
Where's the number one selling brand in North America and hardly anyone knows about us. That's an impressive stat.
I'm a Realtor and make 6 figures a year so I really don't need the income from the skin care but it's truly a remarkable brand, life changing for real. Hence I got on board.

@@zoricagrujic8038 you know-just the regular MLM pyramid sales mess is scammy in itself. Then the lawsuit over the lash boost ,the issues they hid from the consultants and then the issue with Anastasia BH. Those were enough reasons for her or anyone to leave. Idk why R+F even went the MLM route when their products are actually fairly decent?? I think they would gain alot more customers if they dropped the MLM crap; as that is such a turn off to so many people 🤷🏻‍♀️

I thought when companies label “fragrance/parfum” that it’s essentially just a way to hid phthalates etc. Is this a myth? You mentioned that it’s not necessarily bad, but I personally avoid buying any products that contain that label! Was curious on your opinion. :-)

I have a question . I love this review and your intellect on chemistry. Monat claims that the requique oil is a miracle oil because it has the only oil on the market that has the chemical makeup to actually penetrate the skins surface as well as the hair. Monat claims that only that oil has the molecular structure that’s small enough to penetrate the cuticle of the hair strand to heal from the inside out. Is that statement true? Is that a fact or are there other products that do have the molecular structure to heal the hair and skin from the inside out? I’m really interested in what you think about this claim they make. my cousin is a monat pusher and has climbed the ranks rather quickly and what have you but she has absolutely no beauty or skincare experience, aside from how we all put our own makeup on. I just would never purchase skincare from someone who doesn't specialize in it. She is essentially regurgitating information that was sent to her in a presentation / told to her in their meetings. The products for hair really seem to have helped HER but I don't think it's for everyone, they are just very clever at marketing..she gifted me rejuvenique oil and I'm not sure if I've seen any benefits. It's a heavy oil that I mainly use for the ends of my hair, smells really acidic though (that lemon oil). I'd never purchase though..
